This motorcycle only has slightly over 57,000 miles on it, and it runs great. We are representing the motorcycle in the condition as stated with no mechanical defects, no damage; buyer assumes all responsibilities for condition as shown. We road test all of our vehicles a minimum of 100 miles and our mechanic has checked out all of our units. The condition overall is good, and requires nothing to ride and drive it. Cycle sells as is, no warranty. The motorcycle will need to be picked up at the buyer's expense. Delivery is available for an extra fee, but could delay you enjoying your new motorcycle. We travel often, but we can't guarantee that we will be in your neighborhood as soon as you would like us to be. A $500 deposit will need to be made--via PayPal, by calling us at the shop with your credit card or via wire transfer--within 48 hours of auction close. Any customer who purchases this unit and who does not make the deposit payment within the 48 hours is subject to the appropriate follow-up with ebay. The balance due (which includes applicable sales tax for Kansas residents) is required within 5 days of the close of the auction, unless other arrangements have been agreed upon. All financial transactions must be completed prior to transfer of ownership of the vehicle. Please note that this motorcycle has a clear Kansas title.
