Item Details: The Triumph Explorer 1200 is of a practical sense as well as maintaining a bit of lunacy. Let me explain. Powering the Explorer 1200 is powered by a 1,215cc three cylinder engine, providing gobs of low end torque as well as high revving horse power to take you from the base of a valley to the tip of a mountain, and on the way back home, to provide yourself with a little highway fun. Two different variants of the Explorer exist: the Explorer 1200 ABS model and the Explorer XC, both powered by the 1,215cc triple. Both come with adjustable front forks and rear shock, allowing you the opportunity to adjust to any terrain. The standard Explorer comes with a personality of eating highway miles as well as finding a small amount of home after the pavement stops. The Explorer XC comes with engine guards, spoke wheels, auxiliary lamps, brush guard and more. The XC: The Offroad Conquerer. It finds home on the high way, but loves camping, exploring, and regular mud baths. It's built for it so why not bring it to it's designed environment. Item Details: Take a Leatherman multi-tool and give it a three cylinder engine, some tires, an excellent frame, and a Triumph logo and there you have a Triumph Tiger. But why do I say that?Because it can do pretty much everything.Stand up and take this offroad? Sure.Smash some twisties? YupGo like stink? It's got some power.Ecomonical? Yup, some see 60mpg's. It's really comfortable and since it's not the XC model, it's a little bit lower, so ride height is fantastic even for a shorter person like me. The linear power curve of Triumph's Triple design propells this bike fluidly and in a comfortable motion; it's not slow by any means. With a fair addition of parts for aftermarket purposes, the Tiger 800 with ABS is great for the adventure that lays ahead. It's significantly lighter than it's big brother, boasting a powerful yet heavy 1200cc engine. With it's manageable weight and size, the Tiger 800 provides fun everywhere it goes, and becoming more of an offroad fun package being a tad lighter.
