WEATHER PERMITTING I RIDE IT EVERY DAY 40 MILES BACK AND FORTH TO WORK, AND I HAVE NEVER HAD ANY PROBLEMS. I HAVE ADDED N.O.S. VINTAGE SPORTSTER MUFFLERS FROM THE EARLY 1970'S FOR THAT VINTAGE SPORTSTER SOUND. I HAVE ADDED A SCREAMIN EAGLE HI-FLO AIR CLEANER KIT, REJETTED THE CARB, AND INSTALLED S.E. SPARK PLUGS AND WIRES. I HAVE MADE REPAIRS AS NEEDED. IN THE LAST YEAR I REPLACED THE FUEL PETCOCK, SPEEDOMETER PICK UP, AND THE FRONT AND REAR ROCKER BOX GASKETS. I JUST HAD A NEW REAR TIRE INSTALLED AT THE LOCAL HARLEY DEALER. THE LEATHER SADDLEBAGS ARE QUICK DETACHABLE.
