If you are searching for vintage Honda bikes then look no further..Check out the pics..Look close though because with a day or two spent this bike can be up and riding down the road as daily transportation. The bike needs a good going over head to toe..Needs new rubber as well...We installed a small harness and a right side switch so the electric start will function and it does...This harness runs through the handle bars..The inside of the tank needs treated for rust....You can see in the pics there is only one line on the tank..The fuel lines need done. I put a throttle cable on it....If you know these old Hondas then you know this bike is sweet..It will start with carbs and fuel system being done...The plug wires are needing replaced...Cool old kick start or use the electric start..This one could be fine with a static restoration..This is a perfect start for a restoration for original status to be returned as well..These old twins are all going back to japan or they are already gone..I have too many projects going right now with zero time for this one and it deserves to be treated correctly..Clear title in hand. Best serious offer will own this bike. I'm liquidating this week and the herd is thinning out quick..I do not have the tool pouch or the tools and i do not have the door for the tool box..There is a slight tear in the top of the seat about an inch long. This bike is pushing fifty years of age....Pics will show this to be the survivor it is..Gauges are sweet and they represent the original low miles on this piece of history. A fair market value offer ends this sale right away.....Any questions or more pics i can take care of by request..Thanks to all of you and good luck..!!

Up for grabs is a rare first year 1968 Honda CL350 Motorcycle. This bike came off the line in 1968, and is titled as a 1968. Clean, clear Michigan title provided with sale. Frame # 1008489 Engine # 1009759 This bike was purchased locally. It was then taken to a reputable Honda dealership that specializes in vintage Hondas, so that they could go over the motor and replace gaskets and getting it running as it should be! Below, I have tried to dissect the bike's condition so that you have a better idea of what you are bidding on. Please view pictures closely! Tank – Nice condition tank with original paint. Badges are all present, and in good condition. Original gas cap, also in good condition. Inside of tank is VERY clean, with little to no rust. It has some chipping up near the steering stem, and also a few small scratches. Wheels – Both wheels are in very good condition. No bends or dents evident. Some very very slight surface rust appears on a few of the spokes and throughout the wheels. Exhaust - The exhaust on this bike is unfortunately cracked near where the pipe meets the muffler (see pic). The rest of the exhaust system is very clean and solid. Tires – Both tires are in good condition. Bridgestone 5703 and 5704. May be original tires? Tons of tread left, and no major signs of dry rot or cracking. Grips – Grips are in fair condition. Throttle side is very nice still, clutch side is more worn, and has a hole in the end of it. Gauges – Although the tachometer and speedometer are both in great physical condition, neither one functions correctly. The speedometer does not move at all, while the tach will bounce in high rpm whenever the bike is running. On that note, both gauges are in near perfect condition. The trim rings have no rust, and faceplates are not faded or cracked. I debated on purchasing working gauges to include with the bike, but decided to leave the old ones on there since they match the title, and are original to the bike. Side covers – Both side covers are in excellent condition, original paint, and have no cracks or missing pieces. Battery – Brand new battery installed. Stands - Both the side stand and center stand are present Seat - Original seat , with original cover. Cover has a hole in it near the tank (see pics) Electronics - Front and rear signals are all in good condition with no cracked or missing lenses. Brake light, headlight and signals all work. The horn also works. Fork Ears - Both original paint, but both have cracks in the paint as if the headlight was tweaked at some point in the bikes life. 1972 MICHIGAN PLATE Included with the bike. The bike starts instantly (a little choke when it's cold), runs and rides very well. Hop on and go! A large amount of money was spent at the dealership to get this bike running the way it should be, saving you from having to spend the money in the future. It is not perfect. You will find some scratches on the tank as mentioned above, throughout the frame and other random places. It will have some surface rust on parts of the bike. With that being said, it is a complete , original, VERY NICE bike. It is a true head turner, and this is your chance to own it! Buyer is responsible for any costs associated with transporting the bike. Depending on the time, I will more then likely be available to assist loading it. A $200.00 deposit through Pay Pal is due immediately after auction ending. The balance can be paid in cash , or cashiers check within 7 days (the bike will not be released until the funds have cleared). Please see my positive selling history so that you can be confident with what you are bidding on. Good luck!

"ORANGE IS THE NEW BLACK" SPECIFICS -1972 Honda CL350 Scrambler -19888 miles -garage kept -clean and clear NYS Transferable Registration -Currently Registered Inspected and Insured -Bitter sweet sell as I’m being relocated to the west coast for work and will be traveling a lot, very bummed to see it go. Its been a great bike to own and I took very good care of it. -Starts on first or second kick. -recent carb clean and tune up. -all electrical (horn, break lights, headlight, tail light, turn signals) work great -Only known issue is the electric start occasionally does not catch from cold start, but I always kick start. It's never been an issue but just want to be transparent. -OEM Honda ORANGE paint/ aprox 95% original parts original factory tool kit included. Really nice super clean stock Honda, picked it up at the Rice O Rama bike show a few years back, it was a show entry stock restoration, mileage is low because the first owner used it as a show bike. Bike is tuned and ready to ride if I was keeping the bike for the spring the one thing I would do is get new tires however they still have some miles left in them. Bunch of misc documentation from original owner, bell train battery tender. Cashiers checks money orders or cash only for payment. Pickup in Greenpoint NY 11211. Happy to make myself available for transport pickup however all fees and arrangement of transport are the responsibility of the buyer. I’ve done my best to describe the bike to the best of my ability and however it is a 40 year old bike so it is sold as is with no warranty. Feel free to message me with any questions. Located in Greenpoint, Brooklyn 11222 Serious Buyers Only Please CALL 516 220 2982 History of the Honda CL350 Street Scrambler It’s one of the truisms of motorcycling that a first great bike will be remembered forever, while subsequent generations of the line will fade to the background. Such is the case with Honda’s CL350 The CL350 used a totally redesigned engine, displacing 325cc, for more of all that. This is not to say that the inaccurately named 350s weren’t perfectly agreeable bikes. With a claimed 36 horsepower coming from the parallel-twin engine, a wide, comfortable seat and amazingly neglectable dependability, the bikes won over countless riders. In fact, for many years they were Honda’s most popular sellers. The CL350 was a “street scrambler,” with a cross-braced handlebar and high-mounted, exhaust pipes that looked like chromed sausages. ’72 Candy Panther Gold version owned by Jim Nickerson and previously part of a Honda exhibit in the Motorcycle Hall of Fame Museum at AMA headquarters in Pickerington, Ohio, into a dirt bike. But a CL could be coaxed into occasional goat-path duty. In fact, two riders won the 1968 Mexican 1,000 off-road race on a CL350 with upgraded suspension, wheels and frame. CL350 lasted six years in the Honda line, then the company reworked the concept, creating the CB and CL360, with engines displacing 356cc. In the end, Honda’s 350s will probably be remembered like a lot of second-generation bikes. They didn’t create Honda’s reputation for building strong, inexpensive, reliable bikes, but they sure reinforced it. The Garage is pretty sweet too, check it out, its where my Bike likes to hang while she waits for her new owner!

Darth is now ready! Different exhaust system in stalled! The video for Darth has been supplemented and now known as "Virginia Kicks Darth". http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-13jfszz2f0 FYI, I'm not a motorcycle dealer, but I do have a lot of bikes to sell and I do support them after the sale. As such, I post my personal motorcycles for sale in the dealer section. For vintage motorcycles, you may want to view "All Motorcycles" to find what you are looking for. All my bike sales include: Free Delivery to Metro Atlanta area. One year Cell Phone, Email and Web Link Tech Support I can also resurrect your old motorcycles as well. Twins and singles are the engine configurations I work on. With this custom lowered seat, almost anyone can safely touch the ground with their feet flat on the ground! This custom cafe racer is the continuation of someone else's project. The starter motor was pulled and plugged, the forks were rebuilt and reconfigured, new rear shocks were installed, the front fender/ultra strong fork brace was modified, the swing arm was paint stripped and clear coated, tubes and tires were mounted, clip-ons were installed, engine cases were polished, 2 into 1 header system was created from stock CB350 headers, front drum, front brake plate, front sprocket cover, and rear brake plate had been drilled for cooling, stainless steel Allen head screw conversion installed, new headlight ears mounted, tapered steering stem bearing upgrade installed, and a few other items before I laid hands on it. I added the rear set configuration for both shifting and rear brake, wired the electrical system with modern solid state rectifier, added the cafe seat, added the invisible battery, installed the integrated turn signals with the mirrors and tail light, installed the new halogen headlamp, throttle cable, front brake cable, custom length clutch cable, POR-15 lined fuel tank, VHT epoxy painted tank in matte finish, balanced the wheels, rebuilt the carburetors, tuned up the engine, replaced the drive chain, added the polished aluminum velocity stacks, rebuilt and polished the horn, new kicker rubber, new brake and shifter arms with rear sets, new rear tank rubber mount, Notice the trending void behind the engine by having removed the battery, battery box, side covers, air filters, etc... All color has been removed from the bike leaving only black and metal. Turn signals LEDs are amber, brake and tail lights are red, but only when activated through the smoke lenses. The CL350 Honda was first created in 1968 and every Scrambler came with the traditional Darth Vader tank through the last one produced in 1973. Star Wars was not released until 1977. You take a look at the tail of the CL350 tank and do the math. Darth Bike is a radical ride without the benefit of electric start. I hope to have a lady CB200 rider start the bike in the video to be produced when completed and ready for the photoshoot as well. Will be edited in after her visit. This is my third custom creation since Bike Week Daytona. I have more bikes and have two more custom projects lined up. Contact me to have one built custom for you. Darth was created to be an actual vintage race bike. With only a few modifications, Darth is ready for the track to race in the WERA GP350 and bump up to the GP500 race classes. For more information on vintage racing a 350 Honda in the WERA stocker class, send an inquiry to receive links to my race blog.
