Hello all, up for sale is a 1969 Honda S90 motorcycle. This has been a fun project bike but I'm moving and she needs a new home. Almost all original, has original battery cover and original chrome airbox. New OEM muffler and petcock, and rebuilt carburetor. She starts right up and (and after no small amount of effort) all the electricals are in good working order. Paint is original, it hasn't been restored or anything. Awesome, nostalgic bike from a bygone era... All sorted in terms of mechanical and electrical stuff, just waiting for the next owner to do the cosmetic restoration and she'll look straight out 60's... Just a little more effort to have a restored classic on your hands, or plenty of old school fun as it is! Thanks for looking.

This bike is a complete restoration. And it looks and runs great. It’s a frame up restoration. Frame and all metal parts were parts sand blasted andpowder coated. All chrome parts were re-chromed. It has new brakes, tires rimsspokes, seat, exhaust system, wiring harness, brake cables, throttle cables, headlightbucket, side covers. Engine and carb are completely rebuilt. Has about 20 miles on itsince restoration. I have two CT-90’s and one CT200. I have restored and I need the room. There were many other things done to these bikes, too numerous to mention.I also have several boxes of CT90 parts that will go alone with these bikes. This is one of two CT90’s I have listed. They are beautiful bikes and have clear titles and restoration.Feel free to ask questions and international buyers are always welcome. Please note; all of the items I sell are on eBay and are considered to be antiques, they are not new, and carry no warranty. Please read the item description, I worked really hard to tell it like it is, so we can both be happy with our experience. Every attempt has been made to describe them accurately and thoroughly without boring the audience. Again feel free to as questions before you bid; I will do my best to answer all questions.

I found this sitting in the back corner of the local small town honda dealer. A nice young lady in her 80's brought it in to the dealership and asked them to check it out, and when they told her it would need a carb she decided to sell it. I currently have 2 other ct90 projects going but just couldnt pass it up. The dealership told me the carb needs to be rebuilt or find one on ebay and it should be good to go. I have 2 keys for it and a clear, blue texas title in hand. Paint and frame are in nice shape. Fork boots are the only thing really deteriorated. I could easily clean up the chrome with some steel wool but then it would take another 40 years for it to look this cool again. Motor turns freely and feels like good compression. Check out the pictures and I'll do my best to answer any questions. Located in Lone Star, Tx and I'm also back and forth between Austin, Tx. I also currently have a 1971 ct90 for sell on ebay if buying 2 makes it more worth your while. http://www.ebay.com/itm/272067703599?ssPageName=STRK:MESELX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1558.l2649 thanks for looking

Some bidders are not seeing all the photos. I use my own photo service so they are larger and shown below. Please scroll all the way down. I am very careful about my descriptions having gone on many wild goose chases to see bikes and cars that turned out to be in far less condition than advertised. I am sure many of you have been in the same boat so I will do my utmost to describe this so that there are NO disappointments or surprises. 1969 Honda CT90 K1 Trail is in great condition and starts on first kick every time. It has 3,383 miles and runs perfectly with no smoke on startup or after warming up. It has brand new Michelin 2.75/17 M62 tire on front and 3.00/17 M62 tire on rear. Opted for street tires instead of dual sport. High/Low range works perfectly. Seat is in beautiful condition. Chrome overall in beautiful condition. Rack on back has chrome issues. Crack in plastic headlight housing. Still has the rare 1/2 year only front fender reflector. No directionals but wiring is there. It has a few small paint scuffs on front fork upper and a few painted nut/bolts have surface rust but very limited. Overall a beauty. The following was located on a web site devoted to the CT series of Honda's. "The 1969 Honda CT90 'K1, continued the use of model designations that started with the letter 'K", followed by a number. A major improvement to the CT90 'K1 was the addition of the Telescopic Front Fork Suspension. This provided a better ride with a longer travel of the front suspension than the older style bottom link suspension. There is a report that the 1969 'K1 telescopic front forks are unique (shorter top bolt) and thus not interchangeable with later years. Additionally, the engine air intake was moved to be "out of the way", on the left side of the frame, below the seat. However, this lowered the height of the air intake, thus restricting the ability of the CT to cross deep streams. This is a unique, one year only shape for the air intake. This move of the air intake, did allow the use of a plastic, frame downtube cover for the first time. The single side cover for the battery and tool kit was the same color as the CT frame. There were some mid year changes to the K1. Some people think the later K1's are called K1b's (many individuals use this terminology), but Honda never created anything like that, all 1969 Honda Trail 90's, are just K1's. The early K1's had a carburetor with 4 screws (unique to this early model of K1) and the later K1's had the 2 screw model carburetor (the screws held the top and bottom together), confirmed on serial number CT90-233448, perhaps earlier. Both types of carburetors had a specific manifold for each type of carburetor (which are not interchangeable). Early 1969 'K1's had a front, fender mounted, amber side reflector (prized by some CT'ers) and later models had the front amber side reflectors mounted on the front fork tubes (one on each side). The "States", via their Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) or similar named agencies, control the regulation of equipment on vehicles and NOT the United States Federal Government (which could be a more "uniform" set of laws, used in all states). Thus, each state is allowed to set its own laws regarding equipment on vehicles. Several states (Indiana - 1956, Ohio - 1968, Texas - 1960) had by 1969 already written laws requiring motorcycles to have turn signals as standard equipment. Several motorcycle manufacturers, including Honda, were preparing for this requirement and had in fact started installing turn signals on other models. The best evidence of this is the inclusion within the speedometer of an indicator light for turn signals and on some years the left handlebar switch to activate the turn signals. The 1969 'K1, was the first year to have an extra light for indicating the activity of turn signals (often called "winkers" in documentation, and labeled with a "W" on the speedometer face in coming years). And, there are a few reports of 1969 'K1's having turn signals factory installed, but as of yet we don't have photo proof. The 1969 'K1 has a unique, one year only, style of speedometer, with a shape that was triangular." There is no title but one could be gotten in NH for under $100.00 and takes about 3 weeks.. Please feel free to contact me thru eBay with any questions you may have. I will also answer any questions by phone if you wish. Please note that I use my own picture service so you get larger and higher quality photos and I took many to show every aspect of this bike so you get no unwanted surprises. And unlike many of the listings on eBay, I have gone to great lengths to fully disclose any problems. I cannot crate and buyer is responsible for shipping or can pick up here. Can hire local to deliver to Forward Air in Boston for an extra $100.00 if that helps although ground transport is quite a bit cheaper. Motorcycle is sold as is as shown with no warrienties expressed or implied but I stand behind my description 100%. Buyer must pay $500.00 deposit thru paypal within 1 day and balance within 7 days by cash in person or certified or personal check but payment must clear before being shipped. I will sell overseas but new owner is responsible for all aspects of shipping. Bike located in Nashua, New Hampshire. I will be happy to answer any questions and phone number is available if you have any questions or by email.

Hello all honda enthusiasts. some of you have been waiting for this bike for a while. Others, maybe don't even know it ever existed. This will not be a short description. This is a 45 year old bike, there are many nuances. Please pay attention and read the ENTIRE description THOROUGHLY before you call me. First things first, this is a One Year Only bike (model year 1969). It is an SL90. Not a 70, or a 100, or a 125. SL 90. It has a 4 speed manual (one down three up) transmission, equipped on this platform only in the S, CL and SL versions. It is a 'sapphire blue' bike, with the base silver coat 'striped' through on both sides of the tank. I believe the paint to be original. There are blemishes on the paint, on the tank, and the rear fender. Someone tried to touch up the paint on the rear fender in just a few spots and did a poor job of both paint matching as well as application. On the front fender, there are some chips and dings (it's a front fender), and a tiny bit of rust on the edge. There's a pretty good picture of it. The chrome is okay. No big pits or rusty spots. There's silver overspray on the chain guard. Which leads me to my next point. Someone has resprayed the frame with a silver paint. It seems to be a lighter color than the original cloud silver. There seems to be no overspray on any of the blue paint, but the same can't be said for the wiring, or the chrome chainguard. You can see in the picture there's silver overspray next to the original dealer sticker. i have some reducer i can put on a rag and wipe it down with to see if it comes off. I'm willing to bet it will. There's some drips on the sprocket cover. Looks like it could be from batteries past (acid drips). The cover could be repainted or, much classier, polished (it's aluminum) to restore it's visual appeal. I just happen to have a polished sprocket cover wrapped in a towel. If you want me to swap it, inquire within (the price will reflect it). The horn works, the lights work (high, low and brake). The kill switch does not kill the motor. if i had to guess, it's either poorly grounded or not hooked up. The neutral light doesn't work. The bike starts and runs pretty well. I ran a compression test and found only 105 psi of compression. Thats a tad low, even for this old 4 stroke. I'd like to see 155 or so. Even with this low pressure, the bike will still run about 45 mph. Shifts smoothly and effortlessly through all 4 gears. The clutch engages smoothly and predictably. The carburetor was rebuilt by the previous owner very recently. he was an aircraft mechanic (and we forgive him for that), and there is a receipt for the carburetor parts. A 54 tooth sprocket is included with the auction. The stock gearing is 14/45. The bike now has a 46 rear sprocket, and a fairly new chain. The tires are in okay shape (original) and they hold air, but they're beginning to crack between the lugs due to age. The brakes work well. The fork Seals are leaking, and as a result, the front end feels squishy. it could use new seals, dust sweepers, and 10w or 15w (depending on your use) oil. Not a huge ordeal. The countershaft seal also looks to be leaking. Again, no big deal to replace. The bike has a new battery. The headlight bucket has blemishes on it, but no cracks or chips. the Speedometer works, and the bike shows 3904 miles. None of the spokes are broken. the wheels seem straight. Footpeg rubbers are missing. Tank emblems still have original white paint, and look good. the battery cover is complete and not cracked, has original warning sticker, and also looks good. the air cleaner is in similar shape. Well that's most of it, but not all. This is a very rare bike, and the price i'm asking will reflect that. Just in it's complete state i feel this bike is a gem. with little work the bike could be a nice rider for years to come. OR, in my opinion, this would be a GREAT restoration candidate. A respray on the blue and frame, clean up the motor, get new rubbers and cables, and it would do WONDERS for this bike. if i had the money, i would do exactly that. Unfortunately now, i need money more than another old honda bike. This bike includes the original California title, the original owner's manual, a repair manual, a rear sprocket, and, most of the original tool kit (not pictured) but, i DO NOT HAVE THE TOOL KIT BAG. Sorry. From me the bike will come with a bill of sale, but the title is really all you need to prove ownership. BECAUSE OF THE RARITY OF THIS BIKE, i would be willing to ship it. If you want me to take the wheels off, etc, it can be done. This is under the preference of the buyer, and will not, under any circumstances, be done for free. The bike is located in Park City, Utah, and can be delivered from or picked up at this location. if you live only 1 state away, we can work something out, probably on the order of $.50/mile.THE BIKE IS FOR SALE LOCALLY AND THEREFORE THE AUCTION CAN END AT ANY TIME WEATHER OR NOT THE RESERVE IS MET. If you have 0 or less than 10 feedback rating, your bid WILL BE CANCELLED. I've been on ebay for 11 years, and i do not tolerate non-paying bidders. If you have any questions call my google voice number. 781 606 0434. Not before or after 10am or 10pm Mountain standard time. Texts work too. DO NOT ASK WHAT THE RESERVE IS. If you want the bike, bid up to what you think it's worth. The reserve represents what i think it is worth as a semi-educated seller. Look at the other honda sl90's on ebay. then look at mine. Because of what this bike is, i would like to see it go to a caring enthusiast. Please don't buy this bike and give it to your 9 year old to learn to ride on. that would be a waste of a rare honda classic. Finally, Thanks for looking and happy bidding. Look at my feedback to see who you're dealing with. i might not be a 'pow*r se*ll*r' (i don't sell 100+ items per year :( ), but my feedback reflects my integrity and respect for this site. I am a seasoned mechanic and i can fix this bike up for the right buyer, but, because of my current financial situation, i need money. I can't afford to sink funds into this bike to make it perfect, although i would really like to. On Jun-21-14 at 17:03:00 PDT, seller added the following information: UPDATE: Thank you to everyone for your continued interest. i can't wait for the bidding to take off. I appreciate the phone calls, emails, questions, etc. I've only posted the answer to one on here (so far), but most have been about shipping. Within reason, i would like to remind you that i will work with the buyer to get the bike to you, or at least close to you. For specific questions, you can continue to call me at 7816060434. Use the ebay link to reach me and leave a number if you want me to call you. Thanks again and BID IT UP! i'm expecting all the bids within the last 2 hours of auction. GOOD LUCK! Okay so this is obviously a re-list. The price is high. Well, considering the rarity of the bike, it's not obscene. I still need the money, but not as badly. I really believe the bike is worth this much, but that might only be in my perspective as a buyer. Per usual, any questions or concerns call me or contact me through eBay. Thanks again for your interest!

Powerful, technologically advanced, flawlessly built, it instantly redefined what a motorcycle could be. And you can say the same about the new CB1100. Same engine architecture, except now it displaces a full 1140cc and offers fuel injection, and much more. Same, timeless style, but updated with contemporary accents. It s a bike a whole new generation of riders is going to appreciate. Timeless Look. Modern Performance With its exposed, air-cooled engine, steel chassis, minimal bodywork and standard riding position, the CB1100 looks like a modern classic. But one ride will tell you this is a totally modern machine, with great handling and plenty of power. That's the Honda® way - combining innovation and performance with style and function. Transverse-Four Engine With an engine this size, you get power everywhere enough to go on a spirited street ride, an hour-long cruise, or carry a passenger with ease. Smooth, powerful, compact, and free-revving, Honda® s inline fours set the standard in the class. The new CB1100 s engine displaces 1140cc and features air cooling for a timeless look why hide it under a fairing Steel Chassis There s something about a good, twin-loop full-cradle steel chassis in basic black that not only looks great, but offers plenty of modern chassis geometry too. You ll find the new CB1100 handles as well as it looks. Polished Aluminum Engine Covers The polished aluminum accents on the CB1100 are more expensive, but are an example of the quality, design, and detail that make the CB1100 a uniquely premium motorcycle. 41mm Front Fork A traditional design, the 41mm fork features spring preload adjustability and is plenty strong for sporty rides and, along with the wide bar, gives the CB1100 a light feel around town.
