Harley Davison had these Bikes made in Italy. They were small 65cc Sport bikes and they were made to last. Flaming red finish 3 speed gear box. 2 cycle engine that delivers uncommon economy. easy-to-ride low cost and fun. Also called Aermacchi. There are many clubs that love these bikes, but is very hard to find one like this that still has it's original look and runs like a top. Starts right up and goes through the gears like it should. I purchased it from a guy in Alabama had it shipped to up state New York in the mountains and had a great mechanic from BYS in pine Island NY work on it to get it in top running shape. Since then I had a hip replacement and broke my femur in March so I cannot ride anymore. At this price you're getting a Harley that was done right. {Lobor of Love) You may find another bike for less, but not mechanically done like this one. Again I restored this bike for myself not to sell, but unfortunately have to. I was done right! You can have it painted or just leave it in its original State. The only flaw is two light bulbs are out but hope to get them before I sell it if I'm unable to get them it is being sold as it. I will work with any shipper you like. Sold as is because I don't no what a person will do once they receive it. I will send you a text and a video of it starting and driving if you like. may get someone to help me put it on u tube but I don't know how to do that. Red was the only available color in for the 1971 model year. The 1971 was equipped with a street style exhaust, the later 1972 model had a trail like exhaust pipe. The Leggero replaced the earlier M-50 Sport (US market) or Zeffiretto Sport (italian market). The main difference was the larger bore of now 65cc compared to the earlier 50cc displacement.
