Sharp looking Sprint that has been stored in heated garage but not started for about 10 years, but it ran fine then. I got this baby in trade for a debt owed years ago, and only started it once. It has the left side brake and right side shifter with the Italian engine. Has straight pipe so sounds incredible. I am no expert on these, so what you see is what you get. I can try and answer questions and send more definitive pics. Buyer responsible for shipping. I can deliver within 60 miles of zip 54301. Once you hit buy it how, IT IS YOURS, so ask before buying. thanks Came to my attention that the Title says it is a 71 , but serial number decodes as a 72. I posted pic of serial number.... Completely restored in November 2011. Complete engine overhaul by Harley Sprint specialist John Basor. New bearings, rod, piston, rings, valves transmission, everything. New generator brushes, voltage regulator, turn signal relay, battery, control switches, light & turn signals. New LaPerra solo seat, rear shocks, fork bushings & seals. New spokes, tires, tubes, wheel bearings & brake shoes. Stock speedometer mounted in "Norton" speedo mount. 6 volt electrical system. Runs great. Built for wife, but not a good bike for open highway, VERY nimble handling. This bike got 2nd place in the Modified Stock class at Easyrider Bike Show, Charlotte, NC January 2012. Have over $5,500 invested.
