Good Day. This auction is for a 1971 Honda CT 70H rare 4-speed clutch model. I started the restoration process but have simply run out of time and space to complete it. I sell this bike with a heavy heart for it is the one I used to have as a child. It runs and shifts in all 4 gears beautifully. The motor and frame are all original. Mileage approx. 2,260. The paint is also the original Topaz Orange which has a few minor scratches for a 44yr. old antique bike, but no where near enough to even consider repainting. (see photos) Handle bars are straight and in great shape.All parts with the exception of the seat are original Honda OEM as you'll be able to tell by the photos. Newly replaced parts include the: Seat, total exhaust, grips, hand levers, front and rear wheel rims, tires & tubes, rear shocks, battery, kick shift lever & gas tank.The only major thing left to do was send out the engine to be re-polished and painted. I never did because I was so happy with the way it ran I was afraid it wouldn't be the same when I got it back!Everything; lights horn, brakes are in working order. Starts on first kick and idles like a champ. It's really a clean looking original parts bike that has received many compliments by friends and neighbors.The bike is available for local pick up only.
