This is a beautiful early 1969 Honda CL350 (hence the 68 style paint on tank). All original right down to the tires. Starts, runs and rides like new.The paint, seat, chrome, etc is in beautiful condition.A unique story behind this bike. I bought it from the original owner. It had been stored for about 20 years in his garage. He was in the Peace Corps with a friend in Columbia. When their stint was over they wanted to do something exciting so they rode a bus to Panama and each bought a new CL350. His friend a blue one and he this red one. They then proceeded to ride them 4,000 miles from Panama to Los Angeles. From there they had them shipped to Minnesota. This is why the speedometer is in kilometers. It also still has the 1969 Panama registration on the right headlight ear.It shows 17,560 kilometers which equates to 10,911 miles. New parts installed are.Plugspointscondenseroilbatteryboth tire tubesrebuilt petcock, carburetorsfuel linesetc.Clear Mn. title in my name. Just rode it again yesterday. It starts right up and idles great.Runs and shifts smoothly. No leaks. No smoke. Engine runs quiet.Being a 45 year old bike it is not 100% perfect but is is very close. You will not be disappointed. The few minor flaws are the left headlight ear has some small dings, the headlight trim ring has a scuff on it and the tach is "jumpy" but getting better the more it's ridden. The small ding in the pics of the right side of the tank has since been removed by paintless dent repair and is now perfectly straight like the rest of the tank. With that said everything else on the bike is very straight (gas tank, bars, headlight, exhaust, side covers, etc, etc). And yes, the paint is original.Comes with the original owners manual and tool kit.I also have 4 black and white pictures of the bike taken in 1973 that I got from the original owner.Clear Mn. title in my name. I will assist in preparing the bike for shipping but all costs and scheduling is up to the buyer.

You are looking at a 1973 CL350 Honda Scrambler that has been mine for the last 3 years. I bought it as a project bike and helped bring it back to life. I had the tank and side covers re-painted to the original paint scheme because the tank was spray painted in spots when I got it. I also put NOS bars on it with NOS Honda grips that were less pointy. I then cleaned and bench synced the carbs, installed new points and set the timing and also set the valves and installed a new battery. As far as I know the rest of the bike is original except maybe the tires. The exhaust is in beautiful condition with no rust. There is some discoloration on the head pipes where they bend around close to the head. The brakes work good as do all the electronics. Overall it runs and rides well and looks very nice also. However this bike in not absolutely perfect. It does have a bend in the left fork ear from previously going down on that side. That is why I replaced the handle bars. Also rear tire is getting a little low on tread. Then the big reason the bike is priced lower than others in this condition is the engine has a tick noise. I had it looked at a did some research as well and came up with the most likely possibility that the cam chain tentioner and the cam chain is making the noise. I pondered on doing it for the last couple years but it is above my skill level and since I am trimming my herd a little anyway I figured I would see if someone out there would be interested in finishing the bike. In the end the bike is a very nice rider that I would not be afraid to bring to local shows. It runs and drives fine but does have that engine noise. Regardless I really have to be firm at my price. After paying eBay and Paypal fees I'm getting less than the 1500.00 cash I want to have. Please Please contact me with any questions. Message me and I will send you my phone number. Thanks alot for looking and have a great day.

Have a beautiful restored Honda CL350. Runs and drives good. Has new tires on front and rear. Seat has been recovered. New tach, clutch, brake, throttle and speedometer cables. Carbs have been rebuilt. The rear brake pads were replaced with new. Bike runs and starts great. The bike has a beautiful scrambler pipe. No rust at all on this pipe. Usually the pipes have holes or are rusted. The bike is a nice example of a CL350 scrambler. The previous owner had a motorcycle shop put over $2000.00 in restoration. I have the receipts of the work he had done Feel free to ask any questions

THE BIKE ITSELF IS 95% ORIGINAL (TIRES, GAS LINES, THROTTLE CABLE, PETCOCK, SPARKS, ALL NEW)CARBS HAVE BEEN REBUILT RECENTLYTANK IS COATED AND CLEANPOINTS ADJUSTEDFULL TUNE UP FROM A PRO SHOPDESIRABLE AND UNIQUE COLOR DON'T WASTE TIME WORKING ON A BIKE TO MAKE IT LIKE NEW. BUY A BIKE YOU CAN RIDE TODAY. This is TRULY a solid and one of a kind find. WATCH THIS BIKE RUN SAMPLE RIDE THIS BIKE WILL TURN HEADS, and if you plan on taking it out, plan time to stop and talk with people about it. I've loved owning this bike, but I've also loved the connections I've made with people through owning it. Whether it's the big Harley guys down at Dinosaur Barbecue (Harley Central) excited to see their first bike resurrected, or the young kids who love the vintage look and the unique styling of the high swinging Scrambler pipes, I am stopped and complimented absolutely everywhere I go on the bike. It's been very exciting and gratifying to share the story of this bike and hear the stories others have to share about their love for it. I recently had the bike professionally detailed, and when I went back to pick it up, the owner of the shop told me people were asking about the bike left and right. He even kept it for an extra day because HE couldn't believe it's condition. I've seen similar bikes on ebay and youtube and I can honestly say, I believe this bike to be superior in every way. - Chrome is original and in beautiful condition- Rubber fork boots are soft and shine beautifully- Aluminum elements are polished to a beautiful finish and really set the bike off and make it sparkle- Seat is in perfect condition, no cracks or tears and is still supple - Gauges are vibrant, as the bike has never sat in the sun.- Gauges have NO condensation or cracking (common on these bikes)- Plastic covers and rubber ends are still on the brake and clutch levers.- Original grips.- Bike starts immediately and needs VERY LITTLE warm up time. It's actually better to get it up and running right away.- Bike idles perfectly. - Revs and comes back to idle with no dipping or stalling. This bike still has all the original safety stickers on it! These bikes are gas efficient and highly desirable. In an age of $4.00/gallon gas, it's great to only burn two gallons a week, if that. That said, they can keep up with 650's. These bikes were made to be light and quick. Plenty of pick up! History of the bike: I have owned this bike for four years. I purchased it in 2010 in Fairport, New York from an individual who owned a small motorcycle shop. He and his employee had worked on the bike a bit and run through the basics to make sure it was mechanically sound. The bike had been part of an estate sale and had been perfectly stored and preserved in well-to-do Pittsford, NY. Whoever owned this bike obviously loved it enough to store it in a climate controlled environment and make sure it was preserved. When I purchased the bike, it had not been registered in almost 30 years! I went through the process of registering the bike with the DMV, which took almost a year!! As it is a 1972, and titles were not issued in NYS until 1973, the bike had only it's VIN as a record and a transferable registration from 1972. I now have the "new" registration and have kept the bike up to date, registered and insured for the last 4 years. From day one, the bike started on the first few kicks or with a press of the electric starter. But while I was waiting on the DMV I performed the following: - Full Carburetor rebuild- Full Carburetor tuning (a difficult task that takes great patience and a lot of trial and error)- Replaced the throttle cable (very important on a 40 year old bike. The last thing you want is a throttle cable to stick) Two summers ago I decided to perform some other upgrades. I had a professional mechanic who specializes in these bikes perform all of the work: - New tires, haven't even been scuffed in yet. They still have the sprue nubs! - New Petcock (they wear out and it was recommended by my mechanic when he replaced the tires)- Point adjustment (another recommendation by my mechanic). This has improved the performance of the bike and truly made it feel like a brand new bike.- Full run through all mechanical and electrical elements to make sure the bike was in tip top shape.- New battery Now, all of that being said, this is a 42 year old motorcycle. DO NOT expect the amenities of a modern bike nor the condition of a brand new bike. This bike is in amazing condition for it's age, but it is NOT A NEW BIKE NOR A SHOW BIKE. In the interest of full disclosure, I have been honest in the photographs of the bike, including it's imperfections. I will also do my best to list them here, and they are included in the photos of the bike. I considered fixing some of them, but to me, it added character to the bike and I wanted to maintain as much of the original bike as possible. - Small crack in the rear light cover (cosmetic only, it has not affected function or integrity). - A few tiny chips in the tank paint (road scars)- Small amount of scratches on the exhaust cover (top cover, over the cans) which could be replaced but is barely noticeable (I could hardly get a photo of it). This doesn't look like the result of a drop, but rather someone using something too abrasive to clean the chrome in the affected area.- Small crack and chip (repaired but visible in the right side air filter cover. These are barely visible, but again, I'm looking to be as honest as possible.- Tiny scratch on the left gauge. - A bit of wear on the paint, underside of the frame (left side), typical wear and tear. Reason for Selling the bike: Clearly, I love this bike. I must say, I will do everything in my power to ensure that it is in the condition described when it arrives to it's new home. But it is sold AS IS, with no warranty. So please read the description, look at the photos and watch the videos on youtube to gain an understanding of what you're bidding on. It is an absolutely great bike and I have spent hundreds of hours and a lot of money making it so. Honestly, I'm selling this bike because even though I love it so much, I just don't have the time to ride it and keep it running as well as it does now. At one point I considered making it a permanent installation in my eclectic living room, but I can't imagine making it sit and not letting someone enjoy it the way it should be. These bikes need love. That being said, I'm not desperate for the money, so please don't waste my time or your own. Only make an offer if you are serious and capable of paying for the bike. I will not entertain low ball offers, someone will want and appreciate this bike as much as I, and I'm willing to wait for that to happen.

Darth is now ready! Different exhaust system in stalled! The video for Darth has been supplemented and now known as "Virginia Kicks Darth". http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-13jfszz2f0 FYI, I'm not a motorcycle dealer, but I do have a lot of bikes to sell and I do support them after the sale. As such, I post my personal motorcycles for sale in the dealer section. For vintage motorcycles, you may want to view "All Motorcycles" to find what you are looking for. All my bike sales include: Free Delivery to Metro Atlanta area. One year Cell Phone, Email and Web Link Tech Support I can also resurrect your old motorcycles as well. Twins and singles are the engine configurations I work on. With this custom lowered seat, almost anyone can safely touch the ground with their feet flat on the ground! This custom cafe racer is the continuation of someone else's project. The starter motor was pulled and plugged, the forks were rebuilt and reconfigured, new rear shocks were installed, the front fender/ultra strong fork brace was modified, the swing arm was paint stripped and clear coated, tubes and tires were mounted, clip-ons were installed, engine cases were polished, 2 into 1 header system was created from stock CB350 headers, front drum, front brake plate, front sprocket cover, and rear brake plate had been drilled for cooling, stainless steel Allen head screw conversion installed, new headlight ears mounted, tapered steering stem bearing upgrade installed, and a few other items before I laid hands on it. I added the rear set configuration for both shifting and rear brake, wired the electrical system with modern solid state rectifier, added the cafe seat, added the invisible battery, installed the integrated turn signals with the mirrors and tail light, installed the new halogen headlamp, throttle cable, front brake cable, custom length clutch cable, POR-15 lined fuel tank, VHT epoxy painted tank in matte finish, balanced the wheels, rebuilt the carburetors, tuned up the engine, replaced the drive chain, added the polished aluminum velocity stacks, rebuilt and polished the horn, new kicker rubber, new brake and shifter arms with rear sets, new rear tank rubber mount, Notice the trending void behind the engine by having removed the battery, battery box, side covers, air filters, etc... All color has been removed from the bike leaving only black and metal. Turn signals LEDs are amber, brake and tail lights are red, but only when activated through the smoke lenses. The CL350 Honda was first created in 1968 and every Scrambler came with the traditional Darth Vader tank through the last one produced in 1973. Star Wars was not released until 1977. You take a look at the tail of the CL350 tank and do the math. Darth Bike is a radical ride without the benefit of electric start. I hope to have a lady CB200 rider start the bike in the video to be produced when completed and ready for the photoshoot as well. Will be edited in after her visit. This is my third custom creation since Bike Week Daytona. I have more bikes and have two more custom projects lined up. Contact me to have one built custom for you. Darth was created to be an actual vintage race bike. With only a few modifications, Darth is ready for the track to race in the WERA GP350 and bump up to the GP500 race classes. For more information on vintage racing a 350 Honda in the WERA stocker class, send an inquiry to receive links to my race blog.
