This is a good project bike for someone that is mechanically inclined and is looking for a good core bike to build on. Its up to the new owner on how far they want to take it. It ran well when originally purchased but it has been in storage for many years so tank will need to be flushed and carb cleaned, maybe air filter as well. If you are a vintage Honda XR75 fan you know this is the first model year and very difficult to find in decent condition. Thank's for looking! *** There is no title for this bike but the new owner will get a Bill of Sale. Bike details:Frame - frame is straight with no crushed tubes and the paint is very nice.Bodywork - front / back fenders have been repainted and it was not a good job. Side panels are in nice shape with no dents or creases but there is a scrape on the ride side panel. Tank bank I am 95% sure is original inside of tank will need to be cleaned out and probably flush the petcock as well. Front number plate is in good shape.Suspension - forks are in nice shape with no leaks but there are a few pits here and there.Shocks work fine and should clean up to look decent.Motor - When I purchased this bike the motor ran fine and shifted as it should. The bike is currently not running because the carb needs to be cleaned and the tank flushed. It will start with the choke on and run for a bit then stall. Kick starter is original and in nice shape. The center case gasket leaks as well.Exhaust - Pipe seems to be original and is in nice condition. The pipes are the hardest part to find for these old XR's Wheels - rims have rust/pitting all over (see picture). You can buy new ones along with spokes if you want to make this bike look beautiful. Tires are new.Seat - seat is in overall very nice shape. .Controls - throttle ,lever's , perch covers, bars , kill switch and Grip's all work. SHIPPING: costs and arrangements are the responsibility of the buyer. I don't mind holding the bike for a while once it is paid for.
