It was a one owner machine. Clear title. Frame # CL360-1011372. Engine # CL360-101133 . The motorcycle starts right up and runs great! The carburetors where cleaned. New Spark plugs. Gas tank flushed and cleaned. New fuel lines. New battery. All of the electronics work as they should. Brakes work as they should. Looks to be complete. Except for the rear grab handle. Only damage i can see is the gas tank has a dent on the lower left side and the top muffler has holes. Bottom muffler does not. Overall is a nice looking rider. But obviously has wear for a 40 year plus old motorcycle. Tires have lots of tread left. Most of the chrome does have pitting/ rust, but the chrome shines nicely. The heaviest stop of rust is on the rear wheel, see picture. Tank has no rust. Paint is very nice. Side covers have no cracks. You receive what is pictured. Listing my 1974 Honda CL360 Scrambler. Nice original survivor. Scarce green paint is original except top of tank was sprayed white with orange accent stripe. Clear PA title. This is a one kick or electric start bike that needs nothing to ride and enjoy. Was just recently (Spring 2014) gone through at independent motorcycle shop that knows vintage Honda Twins. Have records. All lighting, instrument/gauge functions work 100%. Runs and shifts flawlessly like a Honda twin should - bone stock. Only selling to thin the herd before winter to free up garage space. If bought by a PA resident, antique tag is transferrable. Prefer local sale and it is being advertised locally. This is a 1974 Honda CL360 scrambler. It has low miles 17493. It was laid down at some point and is not currently running, it is being sold as a project or for parts. Its got a lot of good usable parts on it, such as, the tank, carbs, seat, wheels, exhaust, one side cover and wiring and electronics. The wiring harness is all stock and not messed with. The headlight trim ring is damaged but the bucket is not. The engine is stuck from sitting and it comes with a spare complete CB360 engine. The spare engine is in pieces but its all there. Miles unknown. The bike last ran in the early 2000's. This bike comes with a bill of sale. Please let me know if you have any questions. Make us an offer on this bike!! You never know!! This listing is for an almost all original last production year 1975 Honda CL360 Scrambler. Produced only 2 years in 1974 and 1975. This would be the great restoration candidate if you are looking for a mostly original CL360 Scrambler. Has an aftermarket exhaust system that sounds really good. Other than the exhaust, we believe this bike to be original. Paint & seat cover looks original. The fuel filters look to be original. New battery, new plugs, fresh Honda GN4 oil and filter. Carbs have been ultrasonically cleaned. It runs good and all electricals work as they should. Only thing we can find that doesn't work is the odometer. It worked properly when we first received this bike but began to slow down and stopped completely on a test drive. The speedometer part of the gauge works. We believe the bike has about 15 miles more on it than showing. Both side covers do have some repairable cracks. In really good overall condition for a 39 year old bike. Serial # is CL360-2011172. Incredibly well kept Honda CL360 scrambler. Very similar to the CB350's, with a few upgrades and the distinctive high pipes that look sick! Great to ride as is or start a cafe racer project. This bike sat in a garage for many years before I purchased it last fall. I have ridden it casually this year and worked out all of the kinks. The Good: - Starts up every time, runs well, and shifts smoothly through all 6 gears - LOW miles. 3,348* (May go up, I still ride it occasionally on the weekend) - Great gas mileage - Brand new electric starter (July) - Brand new battery (July) - Brand new points (July) - Clutch recently rebuilt (February) - New fuel petcock (February) - I have all of the service records and receipts from Combustion Cycles in Durham The Bad: - Kickstarter doesn't work (but it has a brand new electric starter) - There's a ding on the front fender that was there when I purchased it (It was likely bumped in the garage) This bike is in great shape for its age - you won't find another CL360 in this condition with such low miles.
