1974 Honda Cb 750, Mostly original 1974 Honda CB 750 K4. 23,800 miles, tons of life left in it. This bike as a lot of new parts and extra parts and all the originals. . .including box of bolts and screws. Garage kept and always cleaned/lubed after riding/rain. This bike is in great shape. . .not many originals still around. Perfect for keeping stock look, or for someone wanting to do a complete custom build. I bought this bike almost 3 years ago and it has given me no trouble. I did simple bolt off/bolt on accessories, and started to update the firing/ignition system. Only selling this bike because I don't have time to finish up the work and looking to buy a new bike. Nothing has been cut, welded or permanently altered. Some parts have been replaced, but I still have all originals, except for the seat. It only comes with the aftermarket seat that is scene on the bike. The stock color was bright orange, but previous owner painted tank and side covers black. The tank is rust free, no need to de-rust or seal. Top of tank is slightly faded from years of sun, and the "Honda" is painted matte black. Right side-cover has no emblem on it, but is included in box-o-parts, just needs to be glued. Left side-cover has been cracked at bottom clamp, stays on but not perfect. Exhaust has minor pinholes on bottom from various road debris over past 30 years, but still very solid and sound great. The Good: This bike has never been laid down, or major damage. No crusty rust spots. Frame is good shape. All original lights and horn work. Chrome wheels, fenders, pipes and trim are in great shape. Polished and no major rust spots. Wheels and spokes are true and straight. Recent oil change and new filter. (comes with extra oil and filter ring seals) Tons of new/extra parts: Carburetors have all new internals and seals and recently synced and tuned. Engine valves have been recently calibrated. Replaced the old points spark advancer system with new electric ignition, coils, condensers, spark plugs, wires, boots, battery. New fuel lines. New leather seat, no tears. New Dunlop D4045 tires have 80% life left. About 500 miles on tires, but no flat spots. New low profile bars w/ ODI Longneck Grips Still In the Box: o 1.9" Speedometer w/ p-clamp for bars or frame mounting. o 1.9" Tachometer w/ p-clamp for bars of frame mounting o Lucas Taillight (no bracket) o Brass in-line fuel filter o Head light guard o " Rubber fuel line (various lengths) The Bad: All parts have been installed and work. Starts and idles, but the bike needs timing and a more thorough synch to ride. I just don't have the time or tools to do it. Start button comes and goes, but kick start works just fine (I have always used the kick start anyways to save wear and tear on switch buttons) The chain 50% life. Throttle cable is tight, but works. $2,500.00 5027273426

Almost perfect, plus extras. Only 194 miles and still under warranty! Title in hand. Not many of these used 2015 ABS models come up for sale on Cycle Trader. SW-Motech Crash Bars, SW-Motech KOBRA Handguards, Moto Werk 2-inch Lowering Kit, Honda OEM Centerstand, and the official Honda Service Manual. The bike was too tall for the beginner rider while practicing in a parking lot, resulting in the SW-Motech engine guards and handguards being officially tested out. The bike was let down from a stand-still on both the left and right side. The guards did their job perfectly and were the only parts to touch the ground (see photos for the slight scratches...the let-down was so light that they weren't even dented). We had the dealer verify that no other damage besides the scratches occurred when they installed the lowering kit. The Moto Werk 2-inch lowering kit (see photos) now has the seat height at 30 inches (original stock height is 31.8). If you want to return the bike back to its stock height, the original parts are included (these are the two metal triangle links and the stock kickstand). This beautiful bike is practically new as it hasn't even reached its 500 mile break-in period. The bike has always been garaged and has never even seen any water (rain or washes). The new rider that this was intended for has decided it's just too heavy for her even after being lowered and will be getting a 150cc-300cc to learn on after selling this one.

Up for sale is a really nice honda cb750 - 1974. This bike runs really good, lots of power. The motor number is; CB750E2347790 & the frame number is; CB7502339646. The carbs have been re-built, the brakes all work, the lights all work. It is missing the blinkers, i couldnt find any original blinkers for it. The reason the blinkers are missing is that someone had a fairing on it and some homemade saddlebags and they werent any good so i removed them. It has the original paint and has some small nicks and scratches in it, there are a few small dents in the top of the tank, you can see them in the pictures, there is a crack in the left hand side cover, if your sitting on the bike. There are two very small dents in the front fender. There is a small dent in the tail light bracket and there are a couple of rotted out spots in the exhaust mufflers. This bike is all original except for the exhaust. All the switches are there and they all work. Electric start and the kick start both work, and so does the horn. The tires are like brand new, no weather cracks. There is a little pitting on the front rim but none on the back. There is a little bit of weather cracking on the seat, you can see it in the pictures. There are a few small scratches and a small dent in the gauges, also seen in the pictures. There is also a patch of paint off of the headlight bucket where there was some tape on it, the tape was on it because someone had a cover over the headlight bucket to cover the wireing when it had the fairing on it. I know there is probably something i'm forgetting to say so if you have any questions please feel free to ask. Being sold as is, where is, with No warranty. Deposit of 500.00 must be paid within 24 hours after end of auction. The bike will need to be paid in full within 3 days after end of auction with a cashiers check and picked up within 60 days after end of auction. Buyer is responsible for any and all shipping. The bike will have to be picked up here. International bidders are welcome but keep in mind that you will still need to have the bike picked up here, also if you pay using a cashiers check it must be drawn on a united states bank.

This is a comfortable low mileage bike that runs smooth and shifts fine and stops well. This bike had a mint set of gauges that say 700 Seven Hundred!! No shit. we still have them. The previous owner swore the odometer on the title we handed to the secretary of state. Smooth engine, no smoke, no noise. The front tire is an original, and the front brake rotor shows no wear. It is lowered, and has a hog wheel on it, which shows some rust, unlike the rest of this clean bike. It had a 4x4 cross chopper pipe set in mint condition, but was so low the bike would not turn, and there was not a mark on them, I sold them and put this nice 4 into 1 on it. The seat is an original pan, cut to fit the 78 supersport gas tank. It has a new petcock installed as well. I took the carbs off to clean them and after setting since 1992 they needed nothing. I am the 3rd owner, the second owner bought it in 1991, from his friend who bought it new, and sold it with 650 miles on the odometer. The tank, breather, and bodywork were lost in a fire while off the bike in a separate building. It was never ridden by the 2nd owner. It has a new battery, and all lights work. It has an H1 Kawasaki tail light, because I like it. We still have the 700 mile gauges, but they are on the 74 we restored. The cut seat, lowering kit, and CB500 shocks set this bike low enough that with a 28 inseam I am well comfortable on this bike. It has an Emgo bullet fairing. There is a whole set of finned aftermarket covers on the engine including 4 very rare vintage valve adjuster finned covers. There is no chain damage on the engine, we check them all. Mileage is unknown, but was honestly sworn at 698 miles by Previous owners. We make NO such claim, unknown miles per seller. It has had some leaks at the Alternator cover they are fixed. I have ridden this bike 4 or 5 miles and in that time frame no odd noises no jumping in and out of gear.Picture of the bike in burgundy is the we got it. not a scratch in the exhaust that would rub on every corner. AS IS ASK ALL QUESTIONS FIRST Deposit of $400 due immediately at auction end total to be paid in CASH. If you want to use paypal you will pay the fees not me. The bike can stay in a dry indoor storage for 60 days any longer and you will have to make arrangements first.

Her name is Blackwing and she's looking for a good home with a collector, enthusiast, or an all-around badass that wants a unique bike. She runs like a dream and sounds amazing. I am selling this custom 1974 Honda CB550. It's truly a one of kind and fun to ride vintage motorcycle with modern influences and tech.It is in excellent condition. When not ridden it has been stored indoors in a garage or in a climate controlled museum. Its never been even close to being damaged or laid down. I commissioned it from Meyerbuilt Metalworks in Indianapolis last year. It's crafted from many hundreds of hours of custom metal work. Over the course of a year they took a perfectly serviceable 1974 Cb550 and did a total take down, restoration and modification build. The only thing unchanged from the original is the motor. The tank, exhaust, rear section, subframe, and swing arm (mono shock conversion) are all handmade. It has some nice features and conveniences like:- LED turn signals - universal smart-phone mount attached to the stem for easy and accessible navi viewing.- Two disk rotors up front, one in the rear.- Kickstart, NOT electric start (saved a few pounds)- Retro-reflective red wheel stripes for extra visibility at night. It was featured in the American Motorcycle Museum in 2013/14. You can see pictures of it on display here: www.motorcyclemuseum.org/Exhibits/BikeCraft2014.aspxThe bike comes with the museum's cardboard display placard.Blackwing was also featured on Bikeexif, a very popular motorcycle blog. www.bikeexif.com/honda-cb550-customI must address the price I am asking and try to manage expectations. It's always a tough call to make with bikes like this. Charge enough to make a profit that's fitting for many months of work and some see it as greedy. Don't charge enough to clear your expenses and bikes like this would never get built. Suffice it to say the price doesn't even reflect what went into the build, much less what the Blue Book says. This bike isn't a weekend $3-5K resto mod weekend project where one might find a $500 donor bike on ebay, tune it up, slap on some paint and bolt-on parts. It's best to consider it more similar to a Walt Siegle bike (http://www.waltsiegl.com/sort/motorcycles/) or a Classified Moto (http://classifiedmoto.com) than most results from a ebay 'cafe racer' search. If, like me, you appreciate fun and reliable japanese bikes with a modern influence and you think this bike is beautiful than its not priced out of the market. If nothing else you are buying exclusivity which you might not care about but some people do. I know I was a little bummed a few years ago when I saw someone pull up at an intersection riding my make/model bike at the time. ***That will literally NEVER happen with this bike.***Its a great everyday rider but its also a collector bike that could be displayed in a home. More picturesVideo of BlackWing starting and running 360 degree video
