It responds to small bumps better, but also resists bottoming over really big hits. My friend passed away in June and his family gave to me this scooter. It appears to have been last registered in 1982. I bought a new battery and new carb and it started right up. I'm not a scooter kind of guy however, I am a fair kind of guy. Given that , here is what I propose: 1. You call me up and we get together and decide on a good and fair price. 2. We visit DMV and pay fees, then me. 3. We shake hands and then head for the closest pub . First 2 refreshments are on me. 4.
