1974 OSSA Explorer 250. Good condition. 90% complete. Runs and rides. Very original and unmolested. Has original Pirellis. They are dry cracked, but they do hold air. Akront wheels in great shape. Bike was repainted at some point. The paint on the tank is bubbly. Missing tail light, correct petcock, one busted headlight mount, petcock is incorrect as well. Ebay requires mileage, no odometer, so I don't know what the actual mileage is. There is also no title. I will provide a bill of sale to the buyer. I can assist with shipping, but it is on your dime. Non refundable $100 deposit through paypal within 24 hours of the end of the auction. Balance must be paid in cash.

1974 Ossa Explorer 250 that's been completely disassembled and redone. Bike is a low use survivor that starts easily and runs great. Once it's warmed up, it's a one kick runner. Has great compression and shifts great through all the gears. I haven't done this because it still has the original surviving seat cover. I may have new tank badges soon, I'm waiting for another ebay vendor to relist them. This bike had a headlight and tail light from the factory, but they were not on the bike when I got it. This bike was the street legal "trials" bike from Ossa at the time. Easy to ride and has a very low 1st gear and is pretty fast in 5th gear. I do not have a title for this bike but will provide a bill of sale. Bike is long out of DMV system and would be a fresh start in registration which is why I selected clear title. conwayej25 Store 1973 Ossa SDR 250 for sale. Please see pictures to further evaluate the condition of the bike.Missing an engine mount bolt as well as a few case bolts.The engine has compression and spark, however the return on the kickstart was not correct. May possibly need a new kickstart gear. An inexperienced painter did some touch up work on the shocks and in some other places and it is not too bad. The pictures will clearly show what was done. This honestly is a great core bike for restoration, and any Ossa enthusiast would be proud of this machine after restoration. The bike is sold AS IS.For the title I put clear but there is no paperwork for this bike because in New York State any bikes previous to 1974 did not require a title.I have this set at what I feel is a low reserve so bid on it to buy it folks!
