Price reduced to under 1k. Final shot as a complete bike. Clean collectable used Suzuki 1976 RM250A moto-cross bike up for sale. This RM had been garaged for years and appears straight and seldom ridden. Custom tank paint, rims appear to be media blasted. The bike starts but runs rough at high rpm's. I believe it needs carb tuning/cleaning, but cannot be sure. Missing air filter element, I have carb boot. Compression feels strong. Clutch feels fine. Transmission works as do brakes. Factory Aluminum tank in beautiful condition inside and out. Has unused Metzeler's front and rear with 'nubs' intact. Includes vintage 'CLYMER' service RM manual. Please understand I have not gone through this bike and not an expert. I only did a once over and quick inspection before firing it up and a quick ride. Overall an excellent core find ( tank is worth about $450) or rider for the vintage RM collector or enthusiast. Please look at detailed pictures and ask any questions prior to bidding or choosing Buy It Now. Just let me know if you would like any more pictures or have any questions. Please check my 16 years of 100% positive feedback. NO international sales on this one sorry. *PLEASE READ - Bike is for sale locally. Auction can be ended at any time sorry.Buyer is responsible for pickup or shipping. The buyer assumes full responsibility for the motorcycle upon the release of the vehicle from the seller to the buyer or to the buyer's shipping agent. I will only hold the bike for 1 week before shipment or pickup is arranged. The bike is being sold 'as is where is' and there will be no warranty given or implied. No title/Bill of sale only.

Clean collectable used Suzuki RM250 up for sale. Acquired from a gentlemen who had no use for it and it said it was a 76' but it has no T, V or W in VIN but instead what looks like a '1" ( could be a T ? ) as last digit so no way to be positive. Appears to be a 76'-78' after looking at pictures on net. This RM had been garaged for years after restoration and mods and appears straight. Custom tank paint, rims appear to be media blasted. The bike did not start when I purchased it. Fresh fuel, plug and quick fix of a loose ground and bike one kick starts after initial 4-5 kicks cold. I believe it needs carb tuning/cleaning. but cannot be sure. Sputters at high RPM's but been sitting for years. Compression feels strong and is supposed to have fresh top end. Clutch and transmission work as do brakes. Factory Aluminum tank in beautiful condition with no big dents or creases. Has unused Metzeler's front and rear with 'nubs' intact. Please understand I have not gone through this bike only a quick inspection. *Bike is for sale locally. Auction can be cancelled at any time sorry. 1976 SUZUKI GT500 TITAN 2-STROKE CAFÉ RACER STREET BIKE.LOTS OF NEW PARTS AND WORK DONE. THIS IS A REALLY NICE BIKE ESPECIALLY FOR ITS AGE. THESE BIKES ARE RARE TO FIND. THE 500, 550, AND 750 CC BIKES ARE EVEN HARDER TO FIND THEN THE SMALLER 250CC MODELS. DON’T MISS A CHANCE TO OWN THIS COOL BIKE…LOW MILES WITH CLEAN TITLE IN HAND.NEW PARTS INCLUDE:TITAN CHAMBER PIPES FROM THE UKBATTERY PRIMARY PULSOR COIL CUSTOM MADE CAFÉ SEATFRONT AND REAR TIRESFRONT BRAKE MASTER CYLINDERSTAINLESS STEEL FRONT BRAKE LINELOWER HANDLE BARSREBUILT FRONT BRAKE CALIPERFORK SEAL COVERSAIR FILTERS (PODS)NEW JET KIT (STILL NEEDS SLIGHT TUNING)NEW CHAIN I BOUGHT THIS BIKE FROM MY BROTHER WHO HAD IT SITTING FOR ABOUT 3 TO 4 YEARS AFTER HE BOUGHT IT. HE LOST INTEREST AND SOLD IT TO ME. I SINCE THEN INSTALLED A NEW PRIMARY PULSOR COIL TO GET IT RUNNING. I COMPLETELY CLEANED OUT THE CARBS AND INSTALLED A JET KIT AND NEW AIR FILTER PODS. I CHANGED THE VACCUM FUEL PETCOCK TO A DIRECT ON-OFF GRAVITY FLOW ONE FROM PITEL WHICH IS A LOT MORE DEPENDABLE. I CHANGED SOME OF THE DIRECT INJECT OIL LINE WASHERS AND BLEED THE LINES OUT TO ENSURE PROPER OIL LUBRICATION. THE GUY MY BROTHER BOUGHT THE BIKE FROM TOLD HIM THAT THE TOP END HAD BEEN RECENTLY REBUILT BUT I CANNOT CONFIRM OR GUARANTEE THAT.A NEW CHAIN AND NEW TIRES WERE INSTALLED AS THE OLD TIRES WERE DRY ROTTED. THE ORIGINAL SEAT WAS ALL DRY AND CRACKED SO I DESIGNED A CAFÉ RACER SEAT AND HAD A GUY MAKE IT UP FOR ME IN THE BLACK AND RED TWO TONE COLOR. I CHOPPED THE REAR FENDER AND MADE A SMALL BRACKET TO INSTALL 2 SMALL TAILLIGHT/ BRAKE LIGHTS ALONG WITH A NEW BATTERY.I REMOVED THE FRONT FENDER AFTER SEPERATING THE INNER FENDER BRACE AND PAINTING IT WHICH GIVES IT A COOL CAFÉ RACR LOOK. I REBUILT THE FRONT BRAKE CALIPER WITH ORIGINAL SUZUKI PARTS AND REPLACED THE MASTER CYLINDER AND INSTALLED A STAINLESS STEEL FRONT BRAKE LINE. THE HANDLE BARS WERE REPLACED WITH A LOWER MORE SLEEK PAIR.I REMOVED ALL THE TURN SIGNALS TO CLEAN UP THE LOOK OF THE BIKE AND TO REALLY BRING OUT THE CAFÉ RACER STYLE. Prior to the mid-seventies, the world of motocross was exclusively the realm of the Old World European brands, llike BSA, Husqvarna and CZ. Then in 1965, the little upstart from Hamamatsu by the name of Suzuki made the bold decision to try their hand at Grand Prix motocross racing. Initially, their new RH works racers were woefully underpowered and comically overweight. They handled poorly, broke constantly and struggled to even finish a moto in the first few years of competition. By 1969, however, they had completely transformed their program. With the RH69, Suzuki had the most advanced machine on the track, and its first World title with Sweden's Olle Petterson at the controls. In a mere four years, Suzuki had gone from laughing stock to World Champion. During these remarkable years, Suzuki put a motocross machine into production, introducing the TM 250 and then the TM 400. However, the production racebikes were poor performers. In the early seventies, Suzuki ads touted the TM's as being direct descendants of the Factory racers of Geboers and DeCoster, while in actuality they shared not a part in common. The RH's were everything the production TM's were not: fast, light and built to win. If someone bought a TM400 expecting to get The Man's race machine, they were in for a rude (and often painful) awakening. Then in 1976, following the introduction of the all new RM series, Suzuki dropped a bomb on the motocross establishment with their works replica RM250A and RM370A. They looked to be nearly exact copies of the factory RH race bikes and a quantum leap ahead of the unloved TM's they replaced. With the introduction of the new RM's, Suzuki was poised to create a motocross dynasty that would dominate late seventies American motocross. With the new RM370A, Suzuki had set out to build a no compromise production racer. Gone was the heavy and flex prone carbon steel frame from the TM400 Cyclone, to be replaced with a genuine chrome-moly steel chassis like the Factory racers. The suspension on the RM was all-new as well and featured massive long-travel units front and rear. The motor was a trick "power-reed" design that stole the case-reed technology right off Roger's RN370 and mated it to a slick shifting five speed transmission. The new RM was pure performance, plain and simple. The heart of the new RM370A was its undersquare 77 x 80mm 372cc mill. The air-cooled two-stroke single featured a 6.9:1 compression ratio, upswept works style "through" pipe and Suzuki's maintenance free PEI (Pointless Electronic Ignition) system. While the basic motor design was fairly conventional for the time, its intake system was unique to the RM. In 1976, Suzuki introduced an innovative semi-case-reed intake design they dubbed "Power Reed". The Power Reed consisted of a hybrid combination of the traditional piston-port and case-reed intakes into one cylinder. On the RM370, there were actually two separate intake tracts, one above the other. The theory behind the Power Reed was to combine the excellent top-end power flow characteristics of an unobstructed piston-port intake, with the low-end response and superior torque of a reed-valve intake. By providing both intakes in one design, Suzuki hoped to achieve the best of both worlds-low-end grunt and top-end power. On the track, the RM370's Power Reed motor produced a very "Maico" style of power. This meant a very tractable flow of low-to-mid-torque that was easy to get hooked up and well suited to Open class racing. Off idle, the RM picked up quickly and pulled strongly into a strong midrange blast. Past the midrange hit, the RM slowly tapered off as it approached the rev limiter. At 38.50 horsepower, the RM370 had the power to run with the best in the class in '76. It preferred to be lugged and torqued around the track, instead of being revved like a big 250. While its output was a shade less that the Maico 450, its delivery was very similar. With the introduction of the RM line, Suzuki finally had a competitive production racer. After a decade of futility, Suzuki was no longer the door mat of the motocross world. The RM370A immediately erased the memory of the infamous TM400 Cyclone and its pitiful performance. It truly was a production replica of DeCoster's works bike and closer than any Suzuki fan had a right to hope for. The RM's would prove to be the body blow that would finally put the nail in the Europeans coffins. What Honda had started with the Elsinore, Suzuki would finish with the RM's, On offer here is a great example of the 1976 RM370A. In good overall cosmetic condition with only a few scratches and minor scuffs to engine cases and frame, and a small tear in the seat cover. Mechanically the bike is great with good responsive power, good brakes and suspension. With fresh paint on the tank, fresh tires and a fresh service, this icon of 1970s motocross is ready to race in the next AHRMA event.

The new GT was code named P66 which later became “Interceptor”. The car new carried a Chrysler running gear and was not only gorgeous to look at but also powerful and luxurious. In 1971 Jensen offered the 440ci V8 engine for the Interceptor which gave an already powerful GT car more grunt under the hood. The Interceptor soldiered on as the head model for the Jensen brand and in 1974, the Interceptor Convertible was unveiled on at the Geneva Motor show on March 22, 1974. The Convertible variant was an alternative to the Rolls Royce Corniche. The Interceptor production came to an end in May of 1976 with a total of 509 Convertibles produced. European Motor Studio is proud to offer this stunning and very rare Blue Plate 1975 Jensen Interceptor III Convertible is finished in a beautiful shade of Brown with a brand new dark tan leather interior and light sandstone Wilton carpets. This Interceptor III left the West Bromwich factory in July 1974 and was invoiced to a Southern California dealership where the car sold new to its first owner in 1974. This Interceptor stayed in the hands of its first owner until sometime in 1979/1980 where it sold to its second owner. Thar car continued to live in Southern California with its second owner until 1991/1992 when the car sold to its 3rd owner continuing to reside in Beverly Hill area. The fourth and final owner purchased the car sometime in 2002/2003 and has had the car since covering a documented 92,860 miles. The car is fully documented with an excellent file or receipts and records of maintenance and history. The car has been exceptionally well cared for its entire life as evident from the condition of the car and the meticulous records that have been kept on the car. The car wears an older paint job that shows very well for its age. There are very few flaws in the paint and it still retains a beautiful deep shine and luster. All of the trim and chrome show very well for its age showing minimal wear or damage. The interior is brand new. The leather is a high quality European leather and Wilton wool carpet. The convertible top is the original top and shows well for its age (small tear in the passenger side behind the rear quarter window and some small fraying in the upper portion of the top). The engine starts right up and runs smoothly and does not smoke under start up or acceleration. The carb has been rebuilt as well as the starter and alternator and quite a bit of the wiring has been sorted and or replaced. The engine is very smooth and powerful having benefitted from a fresh service and tune up. The transmission is smooth and shifts through all of the gears smoothly. The brakes feel good and solid and show no signs of fade. The steering and suspension are smooth and tight and the front shocks and springs, ball joints and tie rods have just been replaced including brand new tires. All of the electronics are functioning as designed including all of the exterior and interior lights and the convertible top opens and closes as it should including all four windows. This is an outstanding example of a very rare British luxury convertible from a rare and unique manufacturer. This Jensen Interceptor Convertible comes with an excellent file of history and receipts including its original owner’s handbook, tool roll, jack, spare, and dealer brochure.
