1976 Triumph Bonneville T-140, 750 CC. I brought this from Arizona. Intending to restore and ride it. It has been restored, but age and health conditions now prevent me from being able to ride it. It has new tires, cables, seat, battery, wheel bearings. It has Mikuni carbs. Everything else is OEM. It's setting in my driveway, FOR SALE, so it may go away if someone offers more than the bid. It has been run since the work was done, but has not been ridden. I have not gotten tags for it. It has a clear Arizona title in my name. Please feel free to ask any ??s before bidding. If shipping is needed, a quote can be obtained from U-SHIP.com

I am selling this 1976 Bonneville T140V ( 750cc engine, 5 Speed, Red & White color ) to make room for new acquisitions. This bike has 12,212 miles but the top end was rebuilt by Kenny Augustine at 9000 miles. The Head was flowed, polished & ported. The pistons are 20 thousands over bore with a 10:1 compression. The bike has a Boyer electronic ignition, 32mm Del-Lorto twin Pumper Carbs., oil cooler, rear sets, Dunstall Decibel Mufflers, rear luggage rack, Clean Title and more. The bike is stored in a climate controlled garage and is meticulously maintained. The bike is a first or second kick starter and is an extremely strong runner. 2014 Triumph Scrambler Matte Black, Matte Black 2014 Triumph Scrambler Two-Tone In the 1960s, far from civilisation and regular roads, stripped down desert bikes based on Triumph twins and fitted with high level exhausts, dirt bike tyres and suspension were being used for hard recreational fun and competition on tough terrain. The Scrambler takes its inspiration from these very bikes. They were highly competitive and most famously were used by Hollywood superstar Steve McQueen for pleasure and in full competition. Including the 1964 International Six Day Trial (ISDT) in East Germany. We built the Scrambler to evoke that spirit of freedom and escape, carefree times when all you needed was a bike and somewhere to ride. Standard Features May Include: Styling Lean and basic, just as the originals were, the Scrambler reflects the look of 1960s Triumph twins, converted by their owners for off-road riding in deserts and open scrubland where the power of the engines could be used to the full. With its cut down mudguards and black engine finish, the Scrambler has a classic, rebellious style that is loved by so many riders. Engine For the Scrambler we retuned the 865cc eight-valve engine to give you more torque at very low revs. It peaks at a strong 68Nm at 4750rpm but keeps producing useful thrust much lower than that, with 90 per cent of its torque on tap from as low as 2500rpm. The power maximum is 59PS, enough for you to get up to all kinds of fun. Fuel Injection It even looks as if it comes with old-style carburettors, but we ve disguised the thoroughly modern fuel injection system, which along with the double overhead cams and contemporary internals makes this a highly fuel efficient, as well as engaging engine. Frame With the exhausts lifted high out of the way it's possible to see the traditional tubular steel, twin cradle frame in all its glory. Classically styled but strong enough to meet modern handling expectations. The engine is bolted in to lend its own stiffness to the frame which creates a ride that s light, predictable and completely engaging. Suspension The pair of chromed shocks we put at the back look classic on the outside but are modern inside. Giving you balanced and effective damping for comfort and controlled handling. And the front forks wear traditional rubber bellows to protect against dirt, while the stubby front mudguard is just like those you would have fitted in the 1960s. Brakes We matched the Scrambler's performance perfectly with a single front disc, providing progressive, confident stopping power without overwhelming you. Handling Built to be light and agile yet reassuringly stable when the going gets bumpy. We made the Scrambler forgiving enou

Own a classic! New/rebuilt engine with new wheels, aluminum calipers, electronic ignition and much MUCH, over $12,000 invested. Odometer shows 31 miles, but like everything else on the bike it's been renewed/replaced/upgraded, actual mileage unknown. Triumph's T140 Bonneville is the obvious choice for a first British classic bike. Here's why... First off, they don't cost a fortune, so you can try an old Brit bike to see if you enjoy the experience without mortgaging the cat. Second, there are heaps of 750 Triumphs on the market at any time, so you have plenty to pick and choose between. Production of the 750s started in 1973 with the twin-carb T140V Bonneville and the single-carb TR7V Tiger, direct descendants from the Speed Twin all those decades earlier. The first few 750s were actually 724cc but the vast majority are 744cc (76mm by 82mm) from 1974-onwards. The 750 Triumphs do everything fairly well although they tend not to excel at one thing in particular - apart, perhaps, from steering rather more sharply than some lumbering four-cylinder contemporaries from overseas. Financing (see our online credit application), credit cards, trade ins and consignments welcome. Or have a bike to sell? We pay top $$$$.
