I am the 2nd owner of this clear title 1978 KAWASAKI KZ-650 SR with factory corresponding D-1 frame and engine numbers, Frame-Off restoration & refurbishment, bike is 100% and runs strong, engine is original with no internal modifications or over-bores done, needs nothing except a new owner. This is not another supposed low mileage barn find that still has to have countless hours of labor plus the inevitable investment cost for new parts before it is actually operating correct and dependable again, as all that has already been done by a professional motorcycle technician. This motorcycle is a detailed, functional, and dependable daily rider that was built to operate and enjoy, this is not an exact restoration to all original factory specifications museum piece for viewing only.
