Up for sale is a very nice 1980 cr250r that I purchased to run a few AHRMA events. Everything on the bike is new with 1 race on it except the engine which has 3 races on it as the previous owner stated. engine is strong with good compression. it has an 82 cr480 front fork assembly on it. Here is a list of what's been done to the bike. New tires New sprockets and gold chain New Pfr exhaust Custom aluminum brake stay Fox Airshox rebuilt All new seals and bushings in front forks New plastic and decals New seat New wide pegs New air filter All with 1 race on it. The bike is currently set up for a 190lb rider and is running on Sunoco 98 octane unleaded race fuel at 40.1. It does have very minor scratches and dents so look closely at photos before bidding. I do have a video of the bike running and more pics so just message me and I can get them to you. I had a bike like this in my early 20's and really hate to sell it but health issues and medical bills means the toys must go. I have tried to describe the bike to the best of my ability so feel free to message me with any questions you may have and I'll do my best to answer them. Shipping is the buyers responsibility but I will be glad to help with loading or any way I can. The bike is for sale locally so I reserve the right to end this listing early. Bike is sold as is and will come with a bill of sell, no title. This bike is Race ready and the Fox Airshox are awesome, great handling bike. Thanks for looking

1980 Husqvarna CR 250, Great vintage bike in great condition. Current tags & clear title. - As with many motorcycle manufacturers, Husqvarna first began producing bicycles in the late 19th century. In 1903, they made the jump to motorcycle manufacturing. The first "Husky" motorcycles used imported engines, and it wasn't until 1918 that Husqvarna began producing machines built entirely in-house. Around that time they secured a contract with the Swedish Army and began entering cross-country and long-distance motorcycle racing events. In 1920, Husqvarna established its own engine factory and the first engine to be designed was a 550 cc four-stroke 50-degree side-valve V-twin engine, similar to those made by companies like Harley-Davidson and Indian. Although they once made motorcycles for street use, and raced at road circuits such as the Isle of Man TT prior to World War II, they are better known for producing world championship winning motocross and enduro bikes. In the 1960s, their lightweight, two-stroke engined off-road bikes helped make the once dominant British four-stroke motorcycles obsolete. Throughout the 1960s and 1970s, Husqvarna was a dominant force in the motocross world, winning 14 Motocross world championships in the 125 cc, 250 cc and 500 cc divisions, 24 enduro world championships and 11 Baja 1000 victories. Selling a nice clean vintage 1974 Honda MR50 Elsinore kids minibike. This is a neat little vintage machine that appears to be in great original condition. I dont know a ton about the MR50, but I was told this was all original. Sold with a bill of sale only. Not registered in the state of CA. I bought it to ride back and fourth to my mailbox. I have had it for about 2 years and it runs well. Tank and seat are in great shape for the bikes age. I think its all original, right down to grips, but I am not an expert on the MR 50's. The plastic is in great shape but has normal scuffing from age. Please look closely at the pics. I would not call it mint, but I would call it a very clean rider. Everything is straight, bars, levers, pegs. The brake lever tip is broke off, but its a clean break. This is a cool bike because it is both a two stroke AND it has a working clutch. All the other Honda mini's are four strokes and automatic. This would make a great addition to your collection or use as a pit bike or a rider. The boring stuff (but please read):Shipping: I suggest you use Daily Direct for transport. Their phone number is 888-haulbikes, and they are professionals with a strong track record of moving expensive and nice motorcycles. Daily Direct offers door to door "roll on" and "roll off" service. I can ship anywhere in the USA with Daily Direct for $450. I can and will ship international, but the buyer must coordinate this, as the process can be cumbersome. I will assist as best as possible and do have really good access to shippers to the UK, Europe and Australia. I can also ship to the middle east as well. But please note that all paperwork will be handled by the buyer. I dont do paperwork very well. Seller Notes: If you are a serious buyer and have the money in hand, I am happy to talk to you on the phone about whatever questions or interest you have in the bikes. But please, no time wasters or tire kickers. If you are a serious buyer, it is available to be shown for you or to an agent of your choice. I always suggest you have someone review a bike before buying, but realize it is not always practical, as sometimes matter of opinion on condition can be different. But I am not looking for tire kickers or time wasters. The bike is located in Northern California. Payment: A $500 non refundable deposit is due within 24 hours of closing, or a friendly phone call or clear email on who you are and how you intend to close the deal. I am very easy to work with, but a little clear communication goes a long way with me. We will take payment however is easiest for you for to send, as we understand that some buyers might be out of the country. Cash, bank to bank payment, bank check, Paypal, WU, Carrier Pidgin - whatever - but as long as it clears our bank and you are not playing the Nigerian lottery with me, I could care less how it comes. Just make sure it comes. My bikes are always for sale locally and I reserve the right to end the listing at any time if a local buyer comes forward. In case you are wondering anything about me as a seller, I have been on eBay since 1998 (thats over 16 years) and have not one negative feedback. I am just a nut for older dirt bikes and ATV's from the 1980's. I have a nice collection of bikes that I have built up over 15 years of collecting and messing about. I have several others that I am selling, including several 85 - 86 250r's and 350x's, as well as a 86 200x and a 86 atc250sx. I am clearing out some bikes to make room for other projects, so hit me up if you are interested in one of them.. See my other listings for some more of my stuff, but I doubt I will get around to listing all of them.

FOR SALE 1977 HONDA XL350 We bought this bike a few years ago from a long time friend. This friend had owned this bike since 1985. Way back in 1985 he set off on a journey to create his own version of Bill Bell's Baja Bullet from the late 1970's. Clean and clear Oregon title. First off was the installation of a 403cc Powroll big bore kit. Also installed at that time was a mild Megacycle cam. While disassembled a brief clean up and smoothing out of the cylinder ports was done. Next was the fitting of a 1980 Honda XR500 carburetor. Well known for running great and good gas mileage. While the bike was apart the frame was cleaned up and any unneeded mounting hardware or tabbing for the OEM air filter box and battery stuff was neatly removed. Frame was professionally painted as Bob was pro-painter and owned his own auto body shop. At this time a custom "Mugen-like" air box was handmade and neatly installed/mounted on this bike. Bob is also a great fabricator. A new Al Baker's XR's Only exhaust pipe was purchased and installed. Still looks good. Sounds great! Header pipe has minor surface rust. While the rear end was apart the frame rails were custom modified for the installation of a at-the-time "modern" 1982 CR480 seat and rear fender section. Eliminating the big heavy XL350 seat and seat lock/helmet holder parts. All street-legal parts including: lights, wireharness, switches ETC were removed and are not included in the purchase of this bike. This bike could be made street legal again with time and effort finding the parts. We'd leave it just like it is though. A de-tabbed Honda XR500 rear swingarmwas mated up to the frame at this time as well. New mounts were made for the install of an UNKNOWN brand chain slider and chain guide. Both slider and guide are intact and in good used shape 1981-ish Honda XR500 front forks and clamps were installed. Increasing suspension travel and dampening. Custom steering stops were added to frame to make the new forks clear the then-new Clarke plastic tank. The Clarke tank now is a bit faded with some discoloration. Some of this fade disappears when you spray shiny stuff on it. We sprayed shiny stuff on it for the pics. You can see some of the stain on the sides though. Petcock currently functions fine. The vent tube nipple on the Clarke cap is broken. New caps are still avail from Clarke. In 1985, new Works Performance shocks were installed at that time too. Shocks are not leaking currently in 2016. Both seem to rebound and dampen nicely. Bike starts are runs well. Makes excellent power. Ideal for Vintage MX, trail riding or perhaps even flat tracking. Instant 2-3 gear wheelies on command. No clutch slipping needed. Brakes work decently well. Could probably use a good cleaning of the drums and shoes. Both still work OK and do not drag or stick when used. Shorty front brake lever decreased leverage and makes the cable pull harder than OEM. Front/rear tires are in good used shape. Mileage unknown. Front and rear rims are clean without dents or damage. Each wheel has 3-4 corroded spokes. Could be cleaned up and detailed with little effort. Front CR480 fender is faded but is not cracked. Rear CR480 fender is in good clean shape. Seat does not have any rips or tears. Foam feels nice and comfy. The aluminum Inter-Am handlebars are in good shape. After market controls work decently well also. The shorty clutch lever makes the clutch pull seem a bit firm. Throttle operates decently. The upper end of the throttle cable housing is separated from the end cap on the housing. Still works OK. Has a SUPER COOL solid aluminum exhaust valve cover with manual decompressor device built it. Cable is hooked up to a lever on the handlebar. All these parts work nicely. This bike was casually trail ridden in the Oregon coastal mountains for several years before being parked. Exact mileage on engine and performance parts is UNKNOWN. Mileage on the speedometer reads 9369. Bob said these meter was purchased at a local salvage yard though. Right before we purchased it Bob removed the top end to inspect for wear. All looked great and was reassembled with new gaskets. Bike starts and runs cleanly. No smoke. No unusual knocks, ticks or smoke, Transmission shifts smoothly. All kickstart parts operate properly too. This is an old bike with a lot of cool parts on it. Lots of time and effort was spent on this bike way back in 1985 to make it what it is. Bob is very meticulous. He was a auto-body paint shop owner and was also known to build custom tube-frames for sand rails. With a couple new fenders, number plates and perhaps that Bill Bell MR250 gas tank you would have quite the vintage racer!!!! Or simply ride and enjoy as-is. This bike does not have any remaining warranty. Sold as-is. With any 39 year old bike you will need to clean/replace/adjust/tune to your specific needs.
