Selling my kz1300 , has been sitting in garage with very little use , bike has just over 26000 miles, very presentable motorcycle , paint was redone [with some flaws but looks good ] has a brand new DG 6 into one exhaust[ do not have the original ] , everything else is stock . bike starts , runs , shift , brakes great, like it should, all electrical works exept for the stop button . having been sitting most the time , idle seems a little eratic and difficult to set .. 1980 Kawasaki KZ1300A2 6 cylinder engine 120 horsepower 85.6 ft.lbs torque Top speed of 140 mph In very good original condition. Good tires front and rear. Recent Genuine Kawasaki engine oil and filter change. New speedo cable. New K&N air filter.6 brand new NGK spark plugs recently fitted. Runs great and pulls like a train! Comes with personalised licence plate '4NHOG' ("Foreign Hog"). Less than 24,000 miles. Also comes with a touring windshield screen (see photo) KELLEY BLUE BOOK suggested retail value for excellent condition is $2,885. Therefore I am listing the bike for $2,685 as it is in 'good' condition. Any best offer near this price will be accepted. Only 20,000 of these motorbikes were ever built and there aren't many left in as good condition as this one. This is a true collector's investment as the prices will only ever go up in the future. I'm only selling because I have to leave the USA for a job abroad. [The only bad points are as follows: 3/4's of the length of the speedometer needle has disappeared however it is still possible to read your speed OK. The paint lvarnish is faded at the front of the front wheel fender. There are the usual very small blemishes which go with the bikes age on the gas tank and there are 2 very small dimples at the front of the gas tank where it has touched the top handlebar yoke when being removed (not by me) but literally un-noticeable. That is all that is apparent to me. I have been approached by numerous tire-kickers and scammers whom I do not tolerate at all. 1984 Kawasaki ZN1300 Voyager, Six Cylinder Engine!!! We have two of these rare touring bikes in stock!!! Kawasaki introduced the 120hp inline-six cylinder Z1300 in 1979, {This one is a 1984}. We actually have two of these bikes in stock, the pair of them came in on a trade from the same owner!! Kawasaki built all Z1300s in the US and produced them in several versions: Z1300, KZ1300, ZG1300 and ZN1300-Voyager. In 1980 they gave the Z1300 a fairing, trunk, and saddle bags and called it the KZ1300 Touring. This was the forerunner of the Voyager 1300. Now for the history on the Voyager--In 1983 Kawasaki gave the KZ1300-Touring a new frame and new plastic and introduced it as the Kawasaki Voyager 1300 (ZN1300.) It was fitted with so many accessories and luxuries (for the time) that some referred to it as "a car without doors." Kawasaki built about 4,500 Voyager 1300s. Both of the bikes that I have Start, run, ride, and stop. They are not perfect, but keep in mind these are bikes that you just don't see every day. This one has only 4,147 Miles on it!! The radio is not in working condition, it has it with it, I have taken a picture of it in the trunk, {it comes with it.}. Tit has been fully serviced, It goes down the road just as it should. Each bike goes through rigorous inspection, cleaning and examination before we feel comfortable considering it a part of our inventory and available for sale.
