Here is a very nice 1980 Yamaha xs650 I bought to chop but after getting it cleaned up decided to keep original, Everything works and ready to ride. Pretty much all original except for I had the tank professionally painted, new chain guard from Mikes xs, and new tank badges from Mikes xs. The bike runs perfectly with no noises or smoke. Lots of power and shifts great. The tires have some weather checking but have held air since I`ve owned Check out my other xs650 I have listed. Here is for sale my beautiful 1980 XS650 hard tailed bobber that has a lot of work done to it. I bought this bike about 90% complete and I just took it on a two hour ride and it is done and is perfect and is one of the most fun bikes to ride. The paint on the tank was there when I purchased the bike and is in perfect condition and shines in the sun and I have had a ton of people asking about the bike but the tank really draws them to it. All the welds on the frame for the hard tail are done correctly and look great and the seat is very well done and for a hard tail not to harsh on your back. There is a electric and kick start, the electric start button is under the seat and hidden, it takes a bit to find it but looking at the bike you would not find it. I love this bike but I want to try something new out and build a new bike for fun.
