Quick Details- 1981 KZ 650 Frame Off Custom rebuild. Sharp Bike, Runs Perfect. Specific Details- This bike started life as a low mileage legendary KZ 650. It was then professionally dismantled and completely rebuilt. Everything on this bike is new or rebuilt. Only exception is case and internals are stock with exception of new clutch. Bike is very quick and runs perfect! Bike was taken down to frame, frame painted Alpine White. Top end was rebuilt with Weisco Pistons and Rings, line honed great compression. Quad carbs were completely disassembled and rebuilt with larger pilots and jets, then synched and topped off with 44 MM custom spun aluminum velocity stacks. Exhaust is new and wrapped. New battery, sprockets, chains, battery, updated ignition, cables, grips, handle bars, LED lighting, gauges, the list goes on...... You get the picture! I would described this bike as near show quality. A few minor things hold it back from a show bike. Right side of tank has a small run in the paint and top of tank has a small dime size shallow dent. The tires are vintage era and have plenty of tread but are a bit weather checked. You will love this bike, not only do people give thumbs up but I am often stopped by people who want to talk about the bike. This is a vintage, reliable, fast bike that turns heads and will only increase in value. Santa says come get it!!! First you can ride two people on this bike at the same time. My wife and I ride it together. I am 5'9'' 180 and she is medium build as well. The rear suspension is adjustable. Currently in the pictures it is set up for two riders. You can lower rear end more for more of a 'raked' looked if you desired. Again, the list of items replaced or new is everything! That includes brakes, brake lines, ignition system, front fork seals and new oil, the gas tank was treated on the inside prior to paint so NO RUST ISSUES! This is a turn key vintage bike. Don't expect perfect but expect very nice! The jacket included is a size medium, traditional biker style cross zipper. It is a legit jacket from the late 60's. Not a knock off

1978 KZ 650. I purchased, built and restored with period correct upgrade / mods like velocity stacks, cafe fairing, powder coated wheels, polished engine covers and brake calipers, KZ 900 tail light, bullet turn signals, headlight grill, fork gaiters, 4 - 1 exhaust etc. The frame and body is a 1978 KZ 650 B2 (gorgeous) and the motor, braking system (dual front and single rear disc) and wheels are from a low mileage 1981 KZ 650 SR D. I combined the best parts of both bikes to create an awesome ride. I am very meticulous and gave the bike the best of everything. She needs nothing. New everything from the to the chain to the tires... All seals, no leaks, bullet proof internals. You can drive her anywhere. I changed the front and rear sprocket to alter the gear ratio for bigger top end. Highway friendly now, I take on 2 hour round trips from my home in Orlando to Daytona Beach at once a month. Head turner is a huge understatement. No disappointments. I love building bikes and hot rod cars and am ready for a new project. I don't do it for profit as I always lose money when I sell because I am to meticulous and always invest to much in my projects, I do it for the pleasure of creating something great. I know I will regret letting her go, I always do. I wish I had them all back... The first person to see her will buy her. That's the way all my toys go. Comes with tons of parts... club man cafe handlebars and short cables along with end bar mirrors for a different look and feel (I go back and forth between) and misc. original equipment. The bike is for someone who has great taste and that can afford her. Period. There are plenty of other bikes on Ebay if your looking for a bargain. This is a special bike. What you see is what you get. 3 whole motorcycles!!! The kawasaki 650s both have titles, the yamaha does not. These all sat in a 275 year old outbuilding in Philadelphia, supposedly was where Ben Franklin kept his documents at one time. The building was in bad shape and had leaks so that is why these are in the condition you see them in. Engines are all locked. Bikes themselves roll fine. I didnt go through the bins, there are extra wire harnesses mirrors, gauges, lights and odds and ends. There is also a honda front end but im not sure what it is off of. The bikes themselves are solid, not rusted, exhausts are all in good shape. I am selling everything you see as a package, I am not really in the parts business. I sell whole bikes for the most part.
