I'm selling my CB1100F. Its in great shape with no issues. Your chance to own an incredible one year bike! It recently went through a complete mechanical overhaul and it runs flawlessly. I have a clear Mass title, receipts and build book. Here is a list of improvements completed since 2014: - Front and Rear Master Cylinders rebuilt - Front and rear calipers disassembled and rebuilt with new seals and dust boots - All brake pistons and caliper rods polished and brake pads replaced. - Anti-dive unit rebuilt with OEM parts. - Full tune up with iridium plugs - Valves checked and re shimmed where needed - valve job sheet included. - Clutch Master rebuilt. - Carbs Professionally Rebuilt, Polished, and Synched by Mike Nixon, Motorcycle Project - Front forks disassembled, cleaned, and rebuilt using new upper and lower OEM fork bushings. Filled with ATF. - New Fork seals and dust boots installed. - New Regina 530 chain. - New Sealed Battery - CBR F3 Coils installed - ProCom ignitors installed - New OEM AUTO Petcock - New OEM Petcock installed. - Valve cover powder coated and new valve cover, tach drive, and cover bolt gaskets replaced with OEM. - Ignition covers powder coated and new Cometic gasket installed - Headless R6 starter clutch installed. - Joe Alphabet 4 into 1 race header system installed with new OEM exhaust seals. This comes with the original box and all original paper work. Installed right out of the box 5/2015. - Oil pan removed and re powder coated. Gasket replaced with a new Cometic - Oil screen cleaned and all oil seals replaced, including the o-rings from the oil cooler. - Fresh oil change - New Pirelli Sport Demons installed less than 100 miles on them. - Front and rear wheel bearing replaced with new sealed bearings. - Mirrors, starter cover, Ignition cover, front sprocket cover all powder coated. - Left and Right Front Directionals replaced with new OEM cups and stalks. - Original tool Kit - Giuliari seat. - Minor blemishes noted in pictures. For sale is a 1983 Honda CB 1100 F motorcycle. This bike is increasingly rare and was only made in the US for one year. She is definitely a head turner and a conversation starter. Dime City Cycles just made a beautiful cafe racer from this bike. 58k miles, but still runs beautifully. No known mechanical problems, some slight cosmetic paint wear expected of a 30 year old bike, but overall good condition. Some paint scratches and peeling sticker on left side of tank. Routine maintenance completed, oil changed every 3k miles, new oil filter just put in. K&N air filter and 4-1 Vance and Hines exhaust. Carburetors were just cleaned and rebuilt. Since 2010 the following upgrades and replacements were performed: -New spark plugs and wires. -Tank has been lined. -All new intake valves. -New clutch plates. -New starter. -New battery. -Front and rear brakes rebuilt. -Rebuilt front forks. -New front and rear sprockets. New tires, Pirelli front and rear. Seat has a tear, but comes with brand new seat cover. Missing left side mirror. Piaa lights not included, but will include front turn signals. 1983 Honda CB1100f, 1983 Honda CB1100F - This Vintage Beauty was only made in 1983 - 1983 Honda released the CB1100F, based on the CB900F and the CB1100R. Besides a distinctive-to-the-1100f paint scheme, it used hotter cams, larger pistons, better carburetion in the form of four Keihin 34 mm CV, and a redesigned combustion chamber. The CB1100F produced 108 bhp @ 8500 rpm. It also had increased rake and the dash featured a 150 mph or 240 km/h speedometer and adjustable two-piece handlebars. The tubeless-tire wheels were new also, 18-inch x 2.50-inch front and 17-inch x 3-inch rear.[2] Performance was pace setting. Bike has a clear title and runs great. Has not been hacked, cut or modified. Hard to find with the original pipes. There are under 12k miles on the bike. Has never been dropped. Bike is not a perfect show queen that would fit into a new show room. This is a used bike. Ding on the tank, motor paint is peeling in sections, wind screen (not fairing) has a crack, ect. Like I said, it's a used bike. Some would call the bike a "ten footer" Mechanically the bike is in good shape, I wouldn't hesitate to ride the bike anywhere. That said if you don't understand old bikes your experience might vary. Some times one of the carbs leaks if the bike sits for a week or so. I might get to cleaning that needle and seat before selling, but might not. The carbs don't need to be cleaned, rebuilt or any of that though. Fork seals need replacing. I have the seal, just have not installed them. There is some pitting on the chrome sliders. This will effect seal life. It will be up to the new owner to decide if they can live with that. I have. Some times after the bike warms up I have noticed some oil on my left toe. I assume a gasket or seal is weeping. Hasn't been enough to really look into yet. Tires and brakes are all good. All of the controls move and work as they should. The lights work too. Bike has never let me down. Rides nice and is fast. Great highway mile eater too. This would be a perfect bike for someone that has always wanted on of these and actually wants to use it out on the road. Or for someone that wants to be a complete restoration because it is all stock already. Best part is that the bike is blue. It is widely known that the blue bikes are much faster then the red ones. I am more then willing to work with you to get this bike shipped anywhere.Also feel free to make an offer. The goal is to sell the bike.
