This was my winters project. I've replaced many parts and it's now a smooth riding classic Aspencade. New tires, battery, all fluids, brakes, rebuilt carburetors, new timing belts, all the filters. Time for me to find another project.

Inexpensive touring bike, very nice bike for age. Runs and rides great, still use it as a daily driver. Will need a new front tire, rear tire was new this season. The cruise control stopped working recently. Still lights up but does not engage, have not looked into it but nothing serious I'm sure. Added progressive springs to the front forks this year as the air ride was leaking in the front only. Really improved the handling. Rear air suspension still works great and is fully adjustable from the dash. The previous owner had a slow speed tip over and damaged some of the plastic on the right side as shown in the pictures. The bike still goes pretty good even compared to more modern touring bikes. Not smoke no noises just a really nice running bike. I would not hesitate to strike out anywhere on it today. Miles will continue to go up as I am still riding it. $1500.00 OBRO. No low balls please. Don't need to sell it.

I bought this bike 2 years ago from the original owner. 37,xxx original miles. It was sitting for 3 years unridden. I located a S Fairing with brackets. The tank and side covers are still in original paint. Fairing front fender and rear Tail Piece have been repainted. The bike had an aftermarket 1150E fairing that was in poor condition. It goes with the bike along with its frame mount. The stock black exhaust also go with. There's an extra aftermarket seat,stock handlebars,and mirrors also. The bike came with a NOS Vance & Hines Racing4/1 Chrome Exhaust that was still in its original box. New exhaust gaskets. Carbs were disassembled and boiled,needles shimmed and synched. Fresh oil, filter and oil filter gasket. Replaced Fuel Petcock with NOS. Two new Dunlop 404 Tires with new tubes. New Duracell sealed battery. New fork oil and seals. New superbike handlebars with original grips. New Starter handlebar switch. New Vitaloni Mirrors. New spark plugs. Raask Rear Sets and stock foot pegs,mounts and pedals. The bike is complete and runs very well. Charging system puts out 14.1 volts at 3500 rpm. No stator issues. Seat has a split in it. This is not a concours restoration but would be a great starting point for one or just enjoy it the way it is at your local vintage bike shows or bike night.

1986 Yamaha Venture ROYALE, I am selling my 1986 Yamaha Venture Royale XVZ1300. The bike has 34,XXX miles (well over 100k miles is expected for this bike), 1300cc V-4 engine (same platform as the Yamaha VMax). This is the redesign of the venture and besides different styling, bigger engine, more features, they also fixed the issues that 1983-1985 ventures had where 2nd gear goes out. This is a full dressed touring bike, it runs excellent and very smooth, onboard air compressor for the air suspension works, working cruise control, CB radio (don't have headsets), cassette (easily adapted for MP3/ 3.5mm headphone jack), Markland trailer hitch with new powered wiring harness, locking hard cases, fully adjustable handlebars, passenger floorboards, clean title . Within the last 500 miles the following work has been done to the bike: New tire All brake lines were de-linked and replaced with stainless steel lines Front brake calipers were replaced with R6 calipers and the rear caliper was rebuilt with new pads Clutch lever/line was flushed and bleed Front for was rebuilt and the springs were replaced with progressive springs Carbs had the diaphragms replaced and were synced All fluids were changed at the beginning of the season (oil replaced 50 miles ago) The battery is brand new and replaced with a Deka ETX18L AGM battery Lower radiator hoses, plastic input elbow, freeze plugs, and thermostat housing were replaced Fixed "E4" air suspension error Other upgrades include: Factory Yamaha service manual and Owner's manual Yamaha accessory pouches K&N air filter Fog/driving lights Billet handlebar extensions for mounting accessories like a cup holder (included), GPS, etc The bike is in overall great shape for its age, it needs absolutely nothing other than a rider. The down side to the bike is it has a few scrapes on the right side fairing and some repaired cracks (email picture) and a very small rip in the seat. These bikes, when they came out, were the hot rods of the touring bikes; It handles very well for a heavyweight. I am asking $3100 for the bike, I strongly prefer cash but I might consider a trade for a Kawasaki Vulcan Nomad or a Honda Shadow 1100 ACE/Aero; I can add cash for the right bike.
