It has 25k real miles on it and brand new tires,oil filter,airfilter, battery, and has been a great bike for me. I have been very excited to own a bike that had no scratches or dings.Everything one the bike is from factory, and has had no modifications. however, the day i bought it, i tipped it and got a small scratch on the fairing . Here's a beautiful example of a 1983 Yamaha 920 Virago. It is very clean with 12247 original miles. Enjoy it as is, or let it be the perfect donor for your cafe racer or bobber project. The original owner had this bike for his wife who rarely rode it. She preferred to ride on the back of his full size Harley so this bike sat for many years basically unused. The application for title transfer is underway and I should have the clear title in my hands in the next one to two weeks. I put fresh gas in it and cleaned the carbs and put a set of jumper cables on the battery and it fired right up. I took it for several short rides and it shifts and stops as should and will be a very nice bike for somebody. It will need a new battery and the tires are good to fair.

1983 Yamaho Virago XV500 with only 5,057 original miles. Since I have owned it (2009), I have replaced the vacuum operated fuel petcock (right after I purchased it), had the carbs professionally cleaned and rebuilt (two seasons ago), changed the spark plugs (a couple times, most recently last season), flushed the brake fluid (a few seasons ago), changed the rear diff fluid (last season), replaced the air filter (when the carbs were rebuilt), and replaced the battery (last year). The bike runs and drives very well. It has plenty of torque with the V-twin motor and is smooth and quick with the shaft drive. Looks good with the mono-coil rear suspension. I get compliments on the bike whenever I ride. It's good to go, but the tires are older and although they look good, they were the next items on my list to replace.
