RARE 1984 Harley Davidson Electra Glide Special Edition FLHX Custom. To get started I would recommend giving the Harley archive department a call (1-800-258-2464) to confirm the history of this bike. This bike was one of 394 ever made! In 1984 Harley Davidson produced 179 white and 394 black Special Edition Electra Glides. This was the last year of the Shovelhead as the Evo came along in the middle of the year. Outside being a rare find this bike is an exceptional ride. The old shovel runs like a champ and sounds like a beast. There are no mechanical issues and this bike is very well taken care of. It has been customized in the sense that the bags, trunk and faring have been removed and a new seat & pain job added. It is a 4 speed, belt driven, 1340cc pavement beating machine that you've gotta have! I have posted very high resolution photos so look well and ask questions, you won't be disappointed.
