1984 FXWG Wild Glide, This hard to find bike is I'd say 90% Original. Bottom end of motor tight and within specs, Topend was as well but HAD some oil leaks, Honed the cylinders rebuild the heads replaced the rings and powder coated the heads and cylinders to OEM, rocker boxes well within specs, replaced all oil lines with high pressure lines, new 5 finger clutch hub, alto clutches & plates, new gear case shaft seal and 4th gear oil seal, everything that needed painting was with OEM correct paint, every seal or bushing that needed it was replaced, which was most all. All wiring was addressed with heat shrink or replaced, most all is OEM in great condition. New Harley OEM Ignition switch one of two to be found, all lights work, all blinker cover gaskets replaced and new bulbs in rear. New final drive Belt, swing arm removed and inspected repainted and reinstalled to spec and greased. Debri guard is stock and cannot be found to replace but I see no need, it has some places I addressed and fits and serves it purpose. Paint is Original and has the normal wear of a 32 year old bike, The right tank has a ding at the front and some scratches , nothing major but it's there. Tanks have been cleaned and coated, Original carb w/ s&s breather cover. Rear break caliber new seal and pads, with new brake disk from Harley. New rear wheel and tire from Harley and front tire is like new.New exhaust and no leaks and NO oil leaks either Matching numbers bike, clean title. I have decided to sell my faithful old shovel head. This is a rare Harley and very hard to find in this condition. I have owned this bike since 1984 and can tell you the full history of it. I bought this bike when I was in the military and it has been all over the world. I've made quite a few upgrades and custom changes over the years to the bike. I replaced the speedometer a couple times over the years and the mileage is not correct on the speedo, the real mileage is unknown. The bike looks, runs, and rides great with no problems and is ready to ride off into the sunset with its new owner.
