Beautiful Classic! I bought this bike last season for my wife, but she never rode it. I hate to sell it but I have two other bikes and this one just doesn't get enough use. 1986 Honda VF500F Interceptor 500cc liquid cooled V-Four engine. Very inexpensive to insure compared to new sport bikes!!!!! Starts & runs good. Synthetic Oil Change just completed. Air Filter is good. Tires are good. All lights, switches, and controls work. Bike has seen 1500mi per year on average over its life so far. (listing mileage may go up - I still love to ride this bike occasionally) This is a good looking bike that would make a GREAT entry level sport bike. Bike is in really nice condition, but it's not perfect. It does have cosmetic imperfections from its years of use and has had some paint repair, but the cosmetic repairs have been done well and it's a really good looking bike in nice shape! The V-Four engine is very unique and makes good power. It's really a nice, fun, light, comfortable, easy sport bike to ride!

Pretty much all stock rare 1986 Honda VF500F Interceptor.Nice condition, runs great and shifts through all gears.Paint looks close to new.Gas tank is very clean inside and has one small dent by wings on the left side.Some minor scratches and touch up spots on the front and rear cowl.Carbs gone through and cleaned, rebuilt and synched, brakes have been turned and flushed.Coils & rectifier replaced along with new spark plugs.All fluids changed and no leaks and everything works as it should. An extra rear tire new (less than 10 miles) to be included... Bridgestone Battalax BT45.The front tire will need replacing eventually, good tread but some minor cracks have started. Classic 1986 Honda Interceptor VFR700, very smooth V4 motor with a real distinctive growl even stock as this one is. It has a six speed gearbox and plently of power to rival bikes even made yet today. The bike is adult owned and maintained extremely well as the photos show. It is garage kept, and it has a recent valve adjustment, new gold chain, all new brake pads, fork seals, spark plugs, tires, battery. 500 miles on its latest oil change. Just renewed PA state inspection. The bike is very tight, it rides like its new. Has the rare Hondaline solo seat cowl. The bike has just under 22,000 miles on it, but I ride it off and on so the mileage may increase slightly before the bike sells. This is a very nostalgic machine, still in gorgeous condition, since I have owned it numerous bike enthusiast have commented "classic Interceptor" or "WOW its the the original", as you just dont see almost any of these in this year and color scheme any longer, most of them have been wrecked then horribly repainted, or became parts bikes, This model/color scheme was remade in the modern version of Interceptor a few years back as a commerative edition. It is widely regarded as one of the finest handling motorcycles of the 1980s."This motorcycle is a classic, reliable, and an excellent ride. This was the first bike I owned, bought in Michigan, nurtured to life, and then brought out to California where it is now registered. The bike is in good condition and runs great. I would highly recommend to anyone who is interested in Honda's legendary V4 lineage, or wants a killer bike that's a real head turner. I am active duty military, and will be moving bases in a month. I love this bike, but unfortunately, I can't bring both of my bikes with me, so I have to sell this one before I can go. I'm not interested in making money off off this motorcycle as much as I am interested in getting the bike off my hands before I have to leave, so leave your best offer if you're interested in the bike. I acquired this bike in 2014. Through 2015 and 2016 the following work was done on it. --- Adjusted valve clearance--- Replaced valve cover gaskets--- Cleaned, rebuilt and synchronized carburetors, replaced clamps and intake boots--- Replaced thermostat, fan switch and radiator cap--- Flushed and serviced cooling system--- Replaced battery--- Replaced throttle tube, grips and levers--- Replaced front/rear wheel bearings and seals--- New tires--- Rebuilt rear brake master cylinder--- Rebuilt clutch slave cylinder--- Flushed brake and clutch fluids--- New chain and sprockets--- Fresh oil and filter---The bike as of right now has two minor issues. Firstly, the rear tire is getting worn, and could use getting replaced sometime in the next year. The front tire however is still in good shape. Secondly, the front forks seals need to be replaced. This is not a big fix, as the seals can be found online. The bike still rides and handles fine, the forks just dive a little more than they would with the fix. The bike has a center stand, which makes chain maintenance at home and problems on the road much easier to deal with. The seat is insanely comfortable, and the riding position is must less sporty than modern sport bikes. I have taken this bike on many long trips, and have never had an issue with sitting on the bike for the majority of the day. I am 6' and my knees are not too bent, never had any issues with cramping. The engine is in great condition and starts up reliably every time. The bike has minor cosmetic damages throughout, as can be seen in the pictures. Title is clean. Cover is included.
