1987 Honda CBR600F HurricaneHave a lot more pictures I can share if interested. condition: excellentengine displacement (CC): 600fuel: gasodometer: 19400paint color: redtitle status: cleantransmission: manualNo trades. 1987 Honda CBR600F (Hurricane).Mileage: 19,400Condition: very goodClean title in handHave owner and maintenance Manuel Also have 2 EBC clutch tools ( one used, one new in package)This bike changed the game in 87. Superb handling, top of the industry brakes, suspension, and power delivery. First 600cc sport bike to do the 1/4 mile in under 11 seconds!!! This is the first year of this model. Bike has been garaged its whole life! The paint and plastics are proof. Lots of work done in the last year on this bike. Here goes the list....-Carbs removed, cleaned -APE Red Billet Manuel cam chain adjuster( stock ones suck, allow too much slack on deceleration, plus they wear out, this one never will). -Header pipes were removed, striped down, and re-painted-New fuel lines/ filters-New fuel tank petcock-New fuel pump ( yes it has a fuel pump)-New tires, including a fat 150/70 rear ( have probably 400 miles on them, they look new)-New slip on that sounds absolutely wicked!( kind of like a GP bike, also have stock pipe)-New clutch pressure plate-New clutch plates-New Barnett high performance clutch springs-New AGM battery( with quick connector for keeping it charged, it lives on a battery tender)-New chain ( 400 miles or so on it)-All new fluids ( brakes, coolant)-Air filter has about 300 miles on itPictures of clutch plates/ springs/ and pressure plate are the old removed components. Very clean bike, seat is in excellent condition. Small dent in the tank from when it fell over in a moving van from previous owner. Currently have body fairings removed ( I think it looks better without them) I can put them back on if you would like to see the bike with them on. Engine case is extremely clean inside( see pictures). Check out this link for more info about this bike: http://www.motorcyclespecs.co.za/model/Honda/honda_cbr600f%2087%20%20.htmThis is a very rare bike, I've looked, they are pretty much impossible to find. Would make a great addition to someone's Antique Honda collection.

There's no tougher proving ground for a 600 cc sportbike than the AMA Formula Xtreme class, and considering the fact that one machine — the CBR600RR — has won every single race of the last two seasons, not to mention the 2004 World Supersport title and 2005 Daytona 200, need we say more? Well, other than this state-of-the-racing-art middleweight marvel simply has no equals.

I am selling my 1987 Honda F1 Hurricane 600. I bought it 3 years ago, the previous owner wrapped it in a carbon-fiber looking wrap, so its mostly black. The faring has been modified and trimmed away in some places to expose the frame. Since I have owned it, it hasn't had a choke cable. The previous owner tuned it pretty well, so it has never needed to be choked, it always starts without issue. I replaced the starter solenoid this year, that's really the only issue I have ever had with it. One rear passenger peg has been removed. Its been maintained quite well, regular oil changes and what not.
