Up for Sale is a nice 1987 Honda Rebel 250 with new tires, new gold 'O' ring chain, new battery, owners manual and tool kit. This bike is in very nice condition with 10555 miles. It runs, rides and looks great. The chrome is excellent; no pits, rust or corrosion as illustrated in the pictures. The Honda Rebel is the bike of choice by many motorcycle training facilities because of its ease of handling and maneuverability. With a seat height of 26.7", just about any rider will have both feet flat on the ground when stopped. Priced to sell fast! I bought this as my first bike for $2200. I now have too many bikes and must get rid of her ASAP to make room for another. She was running fine right before the winter, but now won't start. Might be a simple battery charging issue, perhaps the tank needs cleaned, or even more (or less). I don't know about bikes and don't have time to find out. I'm guessing a $400 trip to a shop would get her running again, or if you are a mechanic, even better. Great project bike- bob, chop, turn into a cafe racer, lots of room to play with this one. Great beginner bike, lightweight and feet can touch the ground for those vertically challenged! Sold AS IS. I'm selling at half of what I paid, mostly because I don't know about bikes and can't fairly tell you what's wrong with her! I wish I could get her running as it would be easier to sell, but I don't have time to deal with getting another bike in the shop.Cosmetically there are small things- a golf ball sized dent on the upper right of tank, one Rear turn signal has broken off, left mirror also missing. Mild rusting in little areas like kickstand. Some gummy/sticky marks on some of the paint finish- I'm guessing can be removed with adhesive remover. See pics. Small rip on back of seat. Feel free to ask questions and I'm happy to take any more pics you might need. I'm about 8 minutes drive to NYC via the Holland Tunnel or a 7 min train ride from World Trade Center, NYC if you want to come have a look.Buyer handles shipping or pickup.

This is a Honda Rebel 450. This Rebel is in very good condition. I taught myself to ride with this bike. I rode it on several trips, to Tennessee and colorado. It starts easy, never stalls. I put new tail lights and a battery in this bike this year. It gets,a oil change every 5000 miles. I use Castrol heat and always stay on the upkeep of this bike. I put a new chain and sprocket on this bike last year, it didn't need it, I just wanted to keep the bike in the best condition possible. I also have a brand new back tire for this bike, still in its package, the current back tire doesn't need changed just yet. I love this bike, I am only selling this bike, because I upgraded to a wide glide a few months ago and I need the room in my garage. If you are looking for a dependable, low maintenance, good running bike, you will love her.... she is not a 250..... she is a 450... she is in nice condition, not chopped and rides like a beast.....a quiet beast .
