the honda gb 500 was only made 2 years- it is a factory cafe racer, single cylinder motor, stock with rear sets, clip ons, 40 spoke wheels, hump seat. really nice standard, naked bike. this example is in very nice original condition with the exception of an upgraded nx650 honda single engine installed with a 41mm flatslide mikuni carb and supertrapp exhaust. it is now making a bit over 45 hp at 350 pounds wet.this is a sweet running bike. a nice canyon carver for anyone.

The GB 500 was made in 1989 and 1990 and designed to appeal to lovers of British motorcycles of the late fourties and fifties, eg. Norton Manx, B S A Gold Star, etc. It did not go over well when new but has become a desirable classic. This one has been used but always kept garaged. It had fallen over and has a few scars as a result but not bad considering its age. I have tried to represent the condition with the photos. It has brand new Continental tires and a new chain and sprockets. It will have current PA inspection as of September, 2015. I am not prepared to deliver and any prospective buyers will have to pick it up or arrange for shipping.

I've owned over 100 motorcycles, however none, have been as enjoyable to ride as the W650. It's reasonably fast, smooth and light, and absolutely reliable. The W650 is so torquey, it pulls stronger that a Bonnie even at low rpms. The W650 looks and feels more like a classic Triumph than the new Hinkley Triumphs. Kawasaki introduced the W650 in 1999 and was sold worldwide through 2006, however sold in US for only two years. There were about 1500 units sold US in 2000 and 1000 units sold in 2001. This W650 is completely stock, factory original, with 2230 miles, runs perfect. The W650 is way cooler than a Harley, it's lighter, smoother, more fun to ride, looks better, brakes work better, finger-light clutch pull, shifts smoother, no oil leaks, no vibration and not everyone has one. The W650's will increase in value, unlike a Harley, which will most likely decrease in value. An example of increased value: In 1990 Honda dealers were selling GB500 Honda's for $3400. A Honda GB500 recently sold at the Mecum Auction in Las Vegas for $12,000. It was reported another GB sold for $15,000. Last month, a couple GB500s sold on ebay, one with 9,000 miles and another with lower miles for near $11,000. I have owned several GB500s, although they are beautiful to look at, I don't particularly like riding the GB500, not near as much as a W650. MY POINT IS, this W650, if kept in nice condition, is sure to increase in value, while you enjoy riding and owning it. One of the nicest standard motorcycles ever made, it will draw crowds where you ride. There are W650s out there for sale for less money, ( NOT WITH 2200 MILES), most have more miles, some have been altered, and many are misrepresented, sellers saying they are showroom and like new etc. LOL. Often times the seller does not intentionally misrepresent the bike, it's just one persons like new, and mint. is different than someone else's. OK, why am I selling, well, I tend to get carried away. I presently own nine motorcycles, three W650's ( picture enclosed, the maroon tank W has 491 miles, the Blue W is a 2002, with 1800 miles.) ONLY THE BLUE AND SILVER 2000 W650 is for sale.. I'm 70 years old, and don't need three W650s. Time to ride and smell the roses. Heck, if I ride the maroon tank W, 500 miles a year, by the time I'm 80, it will still only have 5500 miles on it. I don't like questions on ebay or email. If you have questions, call me. 407-617-3417 Bike is for sale locally, therefore, I reserve the right to end auction at any time. I will assist in shipping, however the cost of shipping is responsibility of buyer.

Kawasaki introduced the W650 in Japan in 1999 and was sold in the US for only two years, 2000, and 2001. Though uncommon in the US the W650 has a near cult following worldwide. I absolutely love the W650 , I'm 68 years old, have owned many, many motorcycles, the W650 is by far my favorite MC of all time. The W650 is way cooler than a Harley, it's lighter, smoother, more fun to ride, looks better, brakes work better, shifts better, no leaks, and not everyone has one. If I'm out riding, and stop at a restaurant for bike night, there might be 80 to 100 Harleys in the parking lot, people flock to the W650 to ask questions and admire how cool it looks. W's are a blast to ride, light, great handling, go down the interstate at 65 mph or cruse that back roads. The bike is completely stock, factory original, and in great condition. Note the factory break in sticker on the tack, ( very rare to still have break in decal on tack), also factory sticker on swing arm. There is one minor scuff on the tank, ( tank in not dinted, only paint scuff, and can not rub out) A good body paint shop could touch up so that in would not be noticeable at all. The scuff is very, very small, as you can see in Pic. about the size of a pencil eraser. Where can you buy a bike, ( for $6,000) ,that is fun to ride, neat looking, dependable, unique and sure to increase in value? There are many examples of limited edition bikes and cars that continue to increase in value BECASUE: A, They are cool, and unique. B.. Limited i.e. NO MORE Good example: Honda GB 500 Honda made them in 1989 and 1990, limited production. Honda dealers were selling the GB for $3400 in 1990. Last month a Honda GB 500 sold for $11,000 at the motorcycle auction in Las Vegas. Another example is a car, an AC Cobra, sold new for about $5,000, now a nice AC Cobra is worth about $750,000. If someone keeps this W650 nice, rides it and enjoys, ( not only will you enjoy owning and riding it ) it is sure to increase in value. Another example: Right now a real nice 1966 or 67 Triumph Bonneville will sell for $12,000 or more. ( They sold new for $1195) Great looking, but the problem is, you can't ride them, they just are not dependable, leak oil, lights don't work, vibrate etc. The W's you can ride, have confidence in the dependability and will increase in value while you enjoy ownership. There are W650's for less money, there's a lot of junk out there, bikes that are misrepresented, bikes that have been altered, etc. I've purchased a few bikes that the seller said bike was like new, and mint. Boy, did I ever get some surprises. I'm extremely meticulous, and when I represent a bike, it is exactly what I say it is, and in most cases better than my description. OK, why am I selling? I've owned a number of W650's and presently own two. ( one with 300 miles on it, and this one for sale). I thought I would buy this W and ride it, keep miles off the 300 mile W. I also have two residences, one in Ohio and one in Fl. I thought I would keep one W650 in Fl. and one in Ohio. Well, wife wasn't too happy with me purchasing another motorcycle, I have way too many toys, not enough time or space. I'm just going to start riding the Maroon tank W. Hell if I put 500 miles a year on it, in ten years, I'll be 78 and the bike will still only have 5400 miles on it. I will include a picture of my maroon tank W. ( it's is a 2000,) with 300 miles on it. ( NOT FOR SALE ) I bought tank from Japan, it's off a later model Japanese W 650 , I also put Kawasaki W650 low bars on. ( the bars are for W650's that were sold in Europe, they are stock Kawasaki bars) Bike is for sale locally, therefore I reserve the right to end auction at any time. Call with any questions. 407-617-3417

Sells new for $2995.00 Plus $250.00 shipping. Go to foldingmotorbikes dot com for full information. They are the ONLY US Distributor if you want to buy it brand new. This can be folded and shipped ground UPS anywhere in the US - it weighs 65 pounds and the dimensions are listed below. I will securely box/pad it for you for $25.00 extra. For additional high resolution pictures contact me at RonKMiller@cs dot com where I will direct you to an online photo album full of high large high resolution pictures. The folding moped DI BLASI is the sole one which combines the comfort and the safety of the traditional mopeds to the possibility to be carried in other means of transportations (boats, campers, light aircrafts, cars). There are several small scooters available in the market. However often they are quite unsafe and uncomfortable just due to these small dimensions. On the contrary, the moped DI BLASI, when unfolded, has a wheelbase (93,5 cm) which allows a comfortable and safe riding position. When folded, its size is smaller than that of the mini scooters. There are some dismountable scooters in the market. The mopeds DI BLASI is the sole folding: it can be folded to the dimensions of a bag (79,5 x 35,5 x 61,5 cm), in 4 seconds and three simple steps, without using tools and without screwing or unscrewing any device; in the same easy and quick way it returns to be a normal moped. There are some light mini scooters available in the market but only the moped DI BLASI combines light weight (only 30 Kg) to safety and sturdiness. Several of the mini scooters available in the market have no type approvals. The moped DI BLASI, in the variant equipped with catalytic muffler (R7E.2 and R7ES.2), got the type approval according to Euro2 European regulations and DOT US approval. Therefore the moped DI BLASI is ideal for use in conjunction with campers, cars, boats, light aircrafts and in general for leisure activities. Furthermore it is the sole one suitable for drink & drive services, for services to rent-a-car companies or to garages for the collection of their cars, etc. It can be proposed also as business gift. The standard version R7E fits a frame made of high tensile carbon steel and painted with polyester powders. The version R7ES fits frame and hardware made of stainless steel (AISI 304) and therefore is ideal for use in conjunction with boats. On demand, the moped can be equipped with useful accessories: carrying bag, rear luggage rack. The 49,9 cc engine and the variomatic drive deliver a top speed of 45 km/h. The maintenance is simple and can be carried out in any repair shop. Sells new for $2995.00 Plus $250.00 shipping! Go to foldingmotorbikes dot com for full information. They are the ONLY US Distributor if you want to buy it brand new. This is the exact same model selling currently, there have been no changes in the design since this was manufactured. The Italian State Police run a fleet of these rugged, highly engineered folding scooters for urban patrol and helicopter ground support. If it meets their demands you know it is high quality. This scooter would be right at home in large (or small) American cities and a perfect commuter. When at your destination, fold it, pick it up and carry it up stairs, then stash it in your office or front closet. It does not smell nasty or LEAK ANY GAS even when stored on it's side. No battery needed to start it and it will run for weeks on a tank of gas. The only maintenance is airing up the tires every now and then - that's IT! I would estimate fuel mileage is 100 mpg. Simply mix a couple of ounces of synthetic two stroke oil with gas right in the tank for clean running. No insurance or license plate, registration, taxes, fees, helmet or even a driver's license is needed since it is not a "motor vehicle" at 49ccs. If it was 50cc it would be! This scooter has been in ARIZONA and that means NO corrosion due to our exceptionally dry air. Take a good look at the front wheel in the pictures to see how clean and UN-oxidized the metal components are. It starts first kick and runs like a Swiss - errr - Italian watch: slow. Top speed is 25 mph on a flat road. It WILL climb surprisingly steep hills at 5 mph (a brisk walk) since it has a variable ratio drive. Collectors from all over the world know the value of vehicles that have been stored in Arizona. That's exactly why the US Air Force stores thousands of planes here in Tucson. I used it with my plane for two trips then stashed it in my garage where it has resided for the past 13 years - untouched and unused. It needs a new home now that I've retired from aviation. This can be folded and shipped ground UPS anywhere in the US - it weighs 65 pounds and the dimensions are listed below. I will securely box/pad it for you and drop it off at UPS for $25.00 extra.
