This Special Edition Daytona is number 175 of only 250 bikes of its kind produced in 1999. It is often called "The Big Daytona". It is a four cylinder, water cooled, 147 HP, 168 MPH superbike with 6 piston Tokico high performance brakes in the front and Micron exhaust cans. This model is a low-mileage, garage-kept, adult-driven, nearly-mint, one-year-only commemorative edition in exclusive black and gold. It is listed in the Triumph Daytona 1200 SE registry under its production number #175. Very few come up for sale. Google the interesting write-ups for the reviews and background. After 3 years of owning this bike, I'm sad to part ways with it. Just got engaged and I need some funds to give her the wedding of her dreams. It's been garage kept for it's entire 18 year life and I'm the third owner. The bike is so smooth, with 77 HP and has more than enough torque to get you going. Hard to find and very collectible Triumph Thunderbird Sport. 1999 900cc 6spd transNo time to ride and needs to be passed to someone who will. *14,113 miles plus about 100 from a broken speedo cable just today during a ride. *Engine and all mechanics, cooling, electric, ect is in top condition and shape. *Green cam from a Sprint, D&D 3/2 exhaust, K&N pods.*Carbs (Keihin CV36) were rebuilt with new fuel rails and t-connectors, o-rings, and jets last summer. *Fuel tank was re-lined w/por15 tank sealer and cured for 1 full month. Gas tank will need to be stripped and re-painted to your own color scheme, due to a bit of tank sealer that was exposed on the paint during sealing process. *New Michelin Pilot Power 2CT tires. *fork seals replaced, refilled to spec with Motul.*Brembo brake master cylinder, brand new brake pads, front and rear. Stainless Steel brake lines. New full syn fluid in all hydrolics.*Fender elimination kit with custom aluminum sides. This is a 99 tiger 885i. This engine was only on this bike for two year 1999 and 2000 but is the same old triumph fuel injected triple. Its pretty stock. The rack for the side cases is happy trails rack, the boxes and just cheap amo boxes but they work great. Tires have about 1000 miles on them. Very good shape for its age and still drives very well and has good power. I am the second owner and it only has 10,030 miles on it. Any questions please ask. Has always been kept in heated storage over the winters.

I'm downsizing and getting rid of a couple of motorcycles. One is this Limited Edition 1999 Thunderbird Sport, ridden regularly and well cared for.The Thunderbird Sport was introduced by Triumph in late 1997. It is a more sporting version of the Thunderbird 900 with power increased to 82 hp (61 kW) @ 8,500 with 36mm flat side Keihin cv carbs and six-speed gearbox. It has slightly revised styling, twin disc front brakes, fully adjustable sports suspension, and twin silencers on the riight side. Its styling is intended to recall the early 1970s Triumph X-75 Hurricane.This is a hard motorcycle to classify. Some call it a cruiser, or sport cruiser, because of its classic appearance. However, after riding it most say it definitely does not feel like a cruiser. Others consider it a naked sport bike, because of its excellent suspension, powerful multi-cylinder motor and aggressive riding position.
