Description of the Vehicle: Up for sale is a 2002 Honda XR 70 R with a clean & clear title and low hours. This is probably one of the cleanest XR 70's out there and it has been treated to a custom color scheme with a fully powerdercoated chassis, wheels, hubs, motor, etc. It was stripped completely down to the bare components and has had everything that can be powdercoated done in a red white blue HRC (Honda Racing Corp) color scheme. It is wearing brand new starcross tires with new tubes as well. The bike just had a full service including oil change, valve clearance adjustment, carb cleaning, new spark plug and it runs great. This unit has passed our rigorous in house 90 point inspection as well. We have the vehicle listed locally and reserve the right to end the auction early if someone purchases at the dealership before the auction is up. Warranty: The vehicle is being sold AS IS with no current warranty. The purchaser will have the opportunity to test drive the vehicle if they so desire before finalizing the sale to verify everything works properly as it should. Comprehenisve Inspection Checklist: We pride our self on having one of the most in depth quality assurance checklists in the powersports industry for used vehicles. We created our in house 65 point ATV/UTV inspection checklist to guarantee every quad we sell is as safe and trouble free for as many miles as possible for every customer. This is probably one of the most comprehensive pre-owned checklists you will find from any independent or OEM dealer and even exceeds most of the manufacturers pre-delivery and set up inspection checklists. To be assured your new ride has in fact been checked over we mark every fastener and component which we check the torque on with a very small dot of washable paint marker and will provide a copy of the completed checklist for your vehicle at purchase if requested. A copy of the ATV/UTV safety and quality assurance checklist can be downloaded from the home page of our dealerships website at www.blackmarketbikez.com. Payment: A non-refundable deposit of $250.00 is due within 48 hours of the auctions end. The only accepted forms of payment are cash in person and wire transfer. No personal checks, bank checks, credit cards or paypal are accepted for the full payment of the total price of the vehicle. Title: Any vehicle listed for sale from our dealership will come with a clean & clear title free of any liens, brands, and with actual mileage unless otherwise specifically stated in the listing. Any customer that is a resident of the state of Pennsylvania will have to complete the title transfer process at our dealership at the time of sale and will owe 6% sales tax on the vehicle sale price, $50.00 for the title fee, $49.95 processing fee, and $18.00 for registration if a tag is required. If the purchaser is an out of state resident and has a valid, current, out of state license proving that they will owe nothing but the vehicle sale price at the time of pickup or delivery. We specialize in Japanese and European sportbikes and we know the models we sell inside and out. Being a smaller shop we are able to keep operating and overhead costs lower than that of many of the larger dealerships and can pass that savings on to the customer. We are also able to do business with our customers on a much more personal level and we personally do our 95 point safety inspections on each bike that we sell. Most major dealerships do not perform nearly as extensive of a safety inspection as we do on our bikes because they simply can't afford to spend that much time looking over an individual unit. 1996 Honda Xr 400R, Up for sale is 1996 Honda XR400R in good running condition. Originaly that was an enduro bike but was converted to dualsport for street use and I have a clean Illinois title in hand. Starts on 1st kick, rides nice and smooth. Upgrades: -UFO DOT approved headlight with integrated turn signals -UFO handlebar lights/ignition switch -Ricky Stators 200W stator -Tusk hydraulic brake light switches -Tusk horn -Tusk LED brake light/license plate holder kit (license plate is mounted on fender to prevent any damage from riding offroad -LED bulb in original brake/tail light -Tusk LED rear turn signals (holes in rear fender are from conventional turn signals homemade by previous owner, I have brand new fender. Also you'll need an 2-wire LED flasher relay if you plan to ride on streets, i never needed it because i mostly ride on dirt) -Acerbis rear view mirror (not shown on pics) -Moose racing shorty levers -Passenger footpegs -Pro Taper tapered handlebars -Sunline grips -Barkbusters VPS handguards -TrailTech Vapor speedo/tach/trip computer -Airbox mod with K&N air filter -Front forks revalved for better damping and rebound action -Stiffer springs in forks and shock (I'm 230lbs and it works great but damping/rebound action can be adjusted for lighter riders) -In-line fuel filter -Mikuni TM-40 pumper carburetor - the best bolt-on perfomance upgrade for XR400 money can buy - eliminates flat spot on low rpm's, increases low-end and mid-range torque dramatically and helps to start the bike with much less kicks.
