Custom Built 2002 Paughco Chopper with 8” over front suspension. This bike was featured in Street Chopper magazine and different print ads of that time. It has many custom parts. The bike was built by Paughco in Carson City NV. The motor is an S&S 93” Shovel Head with S&S carb and five speed tranny. I replaced the Venom tires last year, and they have about 50 Miles on them. The originals were dry and cracking. For the price you could change the color of the paint if you don’t like it. The bike is still in really beautiful shape. I just don’t ride it any more. Please make a legitimate offer and I will consider. This bike needs to go to someone who will ride it. There are no problems with this bike. The bike is sold as is, where it is. I have for sale a custom built Harley Sportster rigid frame. The donor bike for this chopper was a 2000 XL883C. The bike was laid over at around 7800 miles. The engine was removed and 1200 kit installed, roller rockers and chrome fasteners. The frame is a Paughco 120ECB with 40 degree rake and 2.25 stretch. The project was completed in late 2009 and was assigned a Wyoming state V.I.N. number. The donor bike had 8301miles on it, but this completed bike and rebuilt engine only has 248 miles on it since completion. I reset the trip meter on the odometer before taking it out for the maiden voyage. The engine still is not broken in. Many of the parts on it are from the stock bike, so they are not new. The tubes are Forking By Frank and are about 6” over I believe. Front wheel is stock laced with twisted chrome spokes. Rear wheel is stock. Both have new Avon Venom tires on them. The bike has turn signals, but no cancelling module. You have to hold the button in to operate the signal and then release it to turn the signal off. Modified stock wiring harness. Stock carb with Screaming Eagle air cleaner. The frame and sheet metal are powder coated black, so no body work could be done. Some scratches in the metal show through the powder coat because of this. The tank seam is also visible. The engine covers are painted pearl white (a couple of scratches here and there, but looks great with the black frame). I had an old gas cap at first and some gas leaked down the tank and left some staining on the powder coating of the tank. You can see it somewhat in the pictures. I buffed on it briefly and it took a lot of it off, so possibly you could continue buffing it with some success, I just didn’t want to make it worse. The headlight has small flat spot in the visor (looks like maybe it was dropped while off the bike). There is also a small ding in the body of the light as well. Neither of these stand out terribly, but it’s worth mentioning. Only bright works, normal beam is burnt out. The seat is a vintage one from swap meet. Probably from the 70’s. It is in great riding shape, but has some imperfections as shown by the pictures. It has a new AGM battery installed. This chopper runs excellent and rides perfect on the highway. It is very low and lean looking. In town it steers like a chopper! Definitely no u-turns! It is not cosmetically perfect nor is it a show bike, but it does turn heads and gets plenty of attention. Bike is titled as a 2002 Custom. Title is in hand and clear. Buyer is responsible for picking up or shipping the bike. I can assist in shipping with no problems. Any other parts I may have missed or forgotten just ask. This bike has been in dry storage for 6 years, in 03' and 04' it was a constant show winner!
