Up for sale is a superb 2003 HONDA CR125R Motocross bike. It has only a few hours on it since new. It has excellent power :It rides like new and is a blast to ride! It is amazingly light and easy to maneuver, lets not forget the sweet sound it has too. THIS BIKE WAS NEVER RACED, JUST RIDDEN ON TRAILS. A perfect bike for the collector or someone that wants a like new motocross bike that has not been tampered with. The bars, grips, levers, chain, sprocket, ETC are original . UPGRADES INCLUDE: - new FMF pipe, polished and in perfect condition - new FMF shorty silencer -Vforce 3 reed valve system -White rear fender -original rear fender and exhaust is included with bike - CERTIFICATE OF TITLE included All you need to do is just ride it, start it and go. It gets many compliments because of the immaculate brightwork and finish on the bike. IMPORTANT NOTE : I swapped out the Mikuni carb for a 34mm keihin carburetor to get better low and mid range power, but I still have the stock Mikuni carb that you can put back on the bike if you want to. The keihin carburetor was installed and jetted at Honda of Medford, Medford NY......have the receipt for the exchange, cost was $478 The keihin carburetor makes the bike a little easier to ride without giving up hardly any power at the top of the RPM range.

This is my 2003 Honda CR125R that I purchased in 2004 with very little time on it. I rode it for about three years on and off and put about 30 hrs on it before taking it apart in 2008 to do a rebuild. Time got away from me and the project just got finished up this year. I just don't have time to ride it anymore and I am moving so it's time to sell. The following is a list of things done to the bike and it has about 4-5 hrs of trail riding since the full rebuild:Full engine rebuild including new Wiseco crank/bearing/rod assy, new piston, gaskets, ect...V-Force reads FMF full exhaust with ti-shorty mufflerThe frame/swingarm/subframe have all been powdercoated satin black and new bearings installed top to bottom including wheels.New tires/tubesUpgraded to KTM thicker handlebar with barkbusters installed. I'm sure I am missing some stuff but be assured this bike needs nothing and is ready to ride. I have always used Maxima Castor oil and I run it a bit rich to be safe. These last-generation aluminum frame CR 2 smokers and the best and last Honda 2 stroke made and they represent the pinnacle of Honda 2 stroke performance and reliability. The turning and suspension characteristics are nothing short of stellar and the tried-and true engine has all the over-rev and roosting power you would expect....all that with predictable Honda workmanship, fit and finish. In addition to a clean and solid unmolested chassis, this particular bike features- - recent piston, rings, air filter and reeds (only the second top end counting the original) -properly jetted Mikuni carb for decent low-end grunt and outstanding rev potential -recent clutch kit -new chain, slider, guide, rollers and sprox -V-Force3 reeds and cage for even more power -recent tires and tubes front and rear -new plastics and graphics -new bars and bar pad -new control cables -recent fork seals and fork oil changed -fresh trans oil, brake fluid and engine coolant -new oversized radiators for additional cooling on those long hot rides -FMF expansion chamber and shorty silencer with fresh packing -wheel bearings checked and lubed -all steering and rear suspension linkage bearings cleaned, checked and lubed -new grips -Adjust-on-the-fly clutch perch with easy-pull lever geometry -new front and rear brake pads Check out all the fasteners and frame spars- this bike was only gently ridden and well-cared for before I bought it from the original owner. For Sale is a Meticulously Maintained 2003 Honda CR125R It will be very hard to find a cleaner 03 CR125. It was meticulously maintained from its birth and is ready for either a collector or for somebody to have a blast on. It is completely stock with the exception of Boyeson Reeds. There are a few light scuffs on the plastics, and there is a rub mark on the expansion chamber. Everything works as it should and the bike first right up. I will let the pictures do the rest of the talking. Also included with the bike are a bunch of extra seals, brake pads, bolts and more from Honda.
