This is a 2004 honda cr85 supermoto. It is set up for CMRA racing. all safety wired with catch can ready to go. It has 17" Sun rums with GP125 bridgestone track slicks. It has a CRF450 front brake caliper with oversized EBC rotor and front stainless break line. Hand guards, frame sliders as well. The suspension was set up by onroad offroad racing in Austin TX for 160 lb rider for road racing. The motor has 3 hours on a complete rebuild. The cylinder was sent to millenium technologies and bored to 92cc and replated. got a new crank and top end as well. The head has been milled some and I run 110 octane race fuel at 32:1. The previous owner had the head work done and he said he didn't know for sure if it had to have race fuel or not but he ran it in this bike so I have too. It is jetted perfectly and runs perfect!!. I just put the troy lee seat cover on because I thought it looked nice. I still have the stock seat cover if you want it there was no damage to it. It has an oversize tank on it, but it did get a crack where the seam came together. I put some epoxy on it 6 months ago and it has held fine, but you may want to re-epoxy it or get a new tank. The suspension on this bike feels amazing it cannot be described only ridden to see what I mean. The suspension is nothing like it would be on a dirt bike, I am very impressed with how much of a road sport bike feel this bike has. The front brakes are incredible as well. The front end just dips down in the turns like it should and then zips right out. The current gearing on the bike will take it to mid 80 mph range. I have another set of sprockets that will get it to 100 mph you can have as well for those long open tracks. has pro circuit pipe with FMF silencer, has v-force 3 reeds. Air box has had the sides cut out for better air flow. This bike needs nothing to go on the track right now. It takes a lot of cash to set a bike up like this and it is tons of fun so no rediculous offers I am well aware a run of the mill cr85 dirt bike can be had for $700-$1000. this one is clean, fresh, and set up ready to go. Offering an exceptionally clean and well maintained 2004 Honda CR85RB Big Wheel Expert Motocross bike. I purchased this bike this past summer (2014) for my son, who was a beginning rider. Although a 2004, when I bought the bike, it was as new as when it left the showroom floor. It was completely original (except for the Renthal handlebar setup), had barely been ridden and clearly never saw any mud. Reportedly, the previous owner’s son rode it around in the grass of their back yard a few times and then lost interest. On the sides of the frame where your riding boots normally rub, the paint had no visible wear. The bike was brand new. Since then, my son has ridden the bike on a small track that I built in my back yard for a single season. It still has never seen any mud. Nevertheless, he quickly outgrew the bike and now it’s time to move on to something bigger. The CR85 Big Wheel is a full-blown motocross bike, only in a smaller package. The power is awesome and the suspension is great. The fork oil and seals have been changed, along with new Factory Connection springs (this summer). The rear shock seals and oil have been changed as well. The top end was professionally done about 20 hours ago with a new Wiseco piston and ring. The jug has a cast iron sleeved cylinder (original bore diameter), as opposed to the Nickasil alloy generally found in these bikes. The crank bearings are tight and have a long way to go before they’ll need any service. I installed a set of Boysen Reeds and a carburetor spacer kit to help improve the bottom end. The exhaust has been upgraded with a Fastech Racing Manifold that uses o-rings, as opposed to the oem formed steel sleeve/gasket. This eliminated the seepage that’s inherent to the stock setup. It also has a new Pro Circuit Platinum pipe and silencer setup that improved the performance from the mid to upper range. The front tire is still the original - and both front and back are at about 80%. The sprockets have been upgraded, along with a quality Renthal O-Ring chain. Other upgrades include an oversized Mishimoto radiator and silicone hoses. The Twin-Air air filter was cleaned and oiled regularly, along with the gear oil (Lucas Synthetic). We only ran premium gasoline with Lucas semi-synthetic pre-mix at 40%. You’d be hard pressed to find a cleaner CR85, and one that has never been raced, beaten and continually crashed. Nothing on this bike has been hacked, botched, “Mickey-Moused” or otherwise. It’s clean, solid and ready to go. I’d estimate about 50 hours of total riding time. It still has all of the original plastic and even the factory decals and labeling throughout. It comes with all of the factory original parts, including the complete exhaust setup (like new), fork springs and the radiator (like new) and hoses. I do not have the title, but will provide a bill of sale. Local sales only. I'm not offering, nor will I even consider shipping this vehicle. It must be picked up in person.
