2007 Flyrite Choppers Bobber Factory Complete (Hand built by Flyrite) Here it is in all of its glory, a 2007 Flyrite Bobber complete, professionally hand-built by the Flyrite Choppers team in good ol' San Francisco, CA. These bikes are an extremely rare breed and cannot be purchased complete anymore. This bike is truly one of the last of its kind. There have been no expenses spared on this machine and the parts speak for themselves. Everything from the tires to the BDL 3" belt drive primary to the whopping 1600cc's the 96" S&S motor puts out is top of the line and in excellent condition. Clean CA title 2009 250cc Honda rebel, that's not really a Honda rebel anymore. This one of a kind bobber was hand built in Chatsworth, CA. So much modification and labor has been put into this motorcycle it's going to be hard for me to list it all, but I'll do my best. This is a show quality bike and you won't find another one like it anywhere. 95% of all metal fabrication done is hand TIG welded. the frame was stripped down and powder coated semi gloss gun metal gray, along with all the other odds and ends powder coated gloss black. The triple clamps, fork tubes, frame, and everything else have had the unnecessary tabs removed for a simplistic look. The wheel base, stretched 4" by extending the swing arm along with removing the dual shocks and fabricating the mounts for the mono shock suspension really stands out and sets this motorcycle from all the others. Clamp on bars installed with shorted controls. Tail light, tag light and LED headlight all custom mounted and powder coated. No key needed to start this bike, toggle switch sends power to everything, the push button to start. There is button hidden underneath the tank to shut off the engine and prevent theft. The tankIs from a 883 Harley. All electronics are sleekly ran, with most running through the frame. If you notice the ballistics battery is custom mounted to the side of the frame and is extremely small. Custom made stainless steel exhaust sounds amazing. Engine is extremely clean and runs great. THE CONSTank and fender paint are not perfect. Needs a brake line for front brake. Motor runs strong but breaks up at high rpm, needs larger main jet in carb to compensate for high flowing intake and exhaust. Tag registration expired in July.I spent almost 2 years building this bike and I hate to sell it. The amount of labor and attention to detail is crazy. 2006 Ocean Chopper, Old School , Bobber I bought this bike in 2007, It had no speedometer so I bought a Dakota Digital & I've put a little over 2k miles on her.I was told they used Jesse James tank & fender & House of Color Paint.Primo Belt drive, Revtech 100 Engine. Original tires, I never did a burn out & never laid it down. But the tires are cracky on the sides from age & new owner will have to put new tires on it. Garage kept (covered), never been in the rain.The bike has been sitting the last few months, I pulled it out & wiped her downbut I didn't do a full detail cleaning, so it's still dirty in a few areas. A couple nicks in the paint, too small to picture. No dents.After parking, a few small oil drips from left engine seal (I have a new seal, but never had it installed). It needs 2 breathers. The oil gauge is loose & Mirrors are a little loose ( they can move when I give it the gas!). Paypal $500 deposit, The rest paid in cash by buyer, Buyer to Pick up in Phoenix. No shipping at this time. Bike is for sale locally as well and auction may end early if it sells.
