2011 KTM SX 250 F, A KTM is one of the machines that bring a lot of excitement to the shop. Austrian engineers have obviously been planning this bike for a while as the 2011s sees major changes on all fronts: engine, chassis, suspension and bodywork, many of which coincide with the larger KTM 350 SX-F and KTM 450 SX-F. Compared to last year the 250 gets better marks in all the categories it struggled in and it s an improved machine that offers a ton of features. The SX-F for 2011 gets a Keihin fuel injection system like the 350 which has temperature and altitude compensation along with cold-start enrichment. KTM reworked the cylinder head with dual-overhead cams and DLC-coated finger followers that are said to increase flow by 10% at the intake port. With the 2011s, The power still holds its top-of-the-line controllability and fun top-end pull but thanks to EFI, the responsiveness is now a form of brainless fun. Stop in and check this one out!! 2011 KTM Enduro R with ONLY 2322 miles!! Bike is in like new condition. Additional equipment that comes with bike: metal skid plate (factory original included), factory windscreen, FMF Powercore exhaust (not currently on the bike), rear metal rack, KTM protective rim decals, protective front fork decals, UNI foam air filter, extra oil filter, new rear tire (less than 100 miles). Bike has factory switchable fuel mapping switch under the seat that changes power and throttle response, most powerful single cylinder you can buy (or was at the time of purchase). This is a perfect Baja or White Rim Trail bike, but you can ride it too the the start instead of trailering it. I am the original owner. It comes equipped with a 249cc engine, which is smaller than average for a 4-stroke motor. Its seat measures 39.06 inches off the ground, making it most manageable for taller riders. The 1.98 gallon fuel tank is 17% larger than average in this class, allowing the 250 SX-F to outlast competitors. Engine: The 250 SX-F is powered by a 249cc, 4-Stroke, single cylinder engine. With a cylinder bore of 76 in and stroke of 54.8 in, its motor is oversquare, meaning that the cylinder bore (width) is greater than the stroke (length).
