This is a 2013 Cixi Kingring retro-style scooter that has only been used a handful of times. It is 49cc therefore requiring no insurance, registration, or license. It averages 60-70 miles per gallon. I will include the original toolkit along with a tire repair kit, protective cover, and helmet (size large.) This retails at over $2000. I'm asking for $1000. This will need to be picked up.
