2005 SUZUKI QuadSport Z400, Ready to ride! 1 owner with lots of nice accessories. Trail teck speedo, nerf bars ASV levers full carbon exhaust and more. Come check out this atv. The ltz400 is a great machine that fits a wide spectrum of riders from beginners to expert!Powering the 2005 Quadsport Z400 is a high performance398cc aluminum-alloy 90.0mm X 62.2mm, four-stroke, liquid cooled, DOHC single cylinder powerplant with four valves actuated by cam lobes riding directly on bucket tappets. The cylinder head features a narrow 28 degree included valve angle for a compact, efficient combustion chamber with a 11:3:1 compression ratio.Fuel is supplied by a 36mm Mikuni carburetor feeding 36mm intake valves, with exhaust leaving through 29mm exhaust valves. A dry sump lubrication system helps to create a more compact engine package. The aluminum-alloy cylinder is plated with Suzuki’s own race proven nickel phosphorus-sillicon-carbide coating, to reduce weight and improve heat transfer, allowing for tighter more efficient piston-to-cylinder clearance. A manual 5-speed transmission, with reverse gear transmits horsepower to the wheels, while a handy knob on the left front fender releases the reverse interlock to select the reverse gear with final drive transmitted through an O-ring sealed roller chain. The chassis features a lightweight, rigid, high-tensile steel alloy tube frame and sub-frame, along with an independent double-wishbone front suspension with preload adjustable coil over shocks. Out back an aluminum alloy swingarm rear suspension utilizes a single fully adjustable piggyback reservoir shock.SpecificationsEngine: 4-stroke, single-cylinder, liquid-cooled, DOHCPiston Displacement: 398cc (24.3 cu. in.)Bore x stroke: 90.0 mm (3.543 in.) x 62.6 mm (2.465 in.)Compression ratio: 11.3:1Carburetion: Mikuni BSR36Ignition: ElectricTransmission: 5-speed w/reverseFinal drive: chain (520, 96 links)Frame:Suspension front / wheel travel: Independent, double Aarm, oil damped / 215 mm (8.5 in.)Suspension rear / wheel travel: Swingarm-type, oil damped / 230 mm (9.1 in.)Front tire: AT22 x 7 R10 ..Rear tire: AT25 x 10 R9 ..Front brakes / rear brake: Disc / DiscOverall length: 1830 mm (72.0 in.)Overall width: 1165 mm (45.9 in.)Wheelbase: 1245 mm (49.0 in.)Ground clearance: 935 mm (36.8 in.)Seat height: 810 mm (31.9 in.)Lighting:

2003 SUZUKI LT-Z400, Suzuki was 'first on four wheels' with the LT125 in 1981. While Suzuki was not first to market in the high performance 4-stroke sport market, the new LT-Z400 is guaranteed to leave a lasting impression. It has been over 10 years since Suzuki produced their last sport quad, so the Z400 is a welcome and much-anticipated addition to this market segment. We owned two of Suzuki's original 4-stroke sport quads, the LT230, and put many enjoyable miles on them. So when we finally got the call to ride the new 4-stroke 2003 Z400, we were very excited. The chosen riding area was the Miami Creek OHV area in Central California. Why not a wide open riding area? Because Suzuki wanted to show off the handling on the new Z400. The Z400 was developed with 4 major objectives in mind - excellent performance, good handling, great convenience, and advanced styling. We think Suzuki did an excellent job of meeting all objectives! PerformanceSuzuki lifted the motor for its new sport quad out of its very popular dual-purpose motorcycle, the DR-Z400S. The motor is a 398cc, 4-stroke, single cylinder, liquid-cooled, DOHC 4-valve engine. The engine characteristics were modified slightly from the motorcycle so that it develops increased torque in the low-to-mid range, yet still maintains excellent power on the top end. This engine features an aluminum alloy cylinder that is plated with SCEM (Suzuki Composite Electrochemical Material). This cylinder is lighter than traditional designs, has better heat transfer, and allows tighter piston-to-cylinder clearance. This cylinder also has internal oil passageways which contribute to weight reduction by making external hoses unnecessary. Suzuki engineers also laid the motor down an extra 10° as compared to the DR-Z400S. Paired with a dry sump lubrication system this allows Suzuki to keep the center of gravity down low.The motor is angled forward an extra 10° to keep the center of gravity low Z400 aluminum alloy cylinder The aluminum cylinder head is very compact and forms a very efficient combustion chamber with a 11.3:1 compression ratio. While this compression ratio seems somewhat high for pump gas our engine experts tell us the compression on this motor can be bumped up even higher on pump gas due to the efficient head and valve design. The Z400 valvetrain is of the shim-under-bucket-tappet design similar to many high-performance

Call 774 222 3199 Don't be afraid to call/text/email me. I will deliver the bike no problem. Willing to haggle, best offer gets the bike. Can deliver. Comes with matching helmet. Great Beginner bike, Only 300 lbs. Great for turns and maneuvering. Breaks are strong as well. It is one bullet proof engine though. Flawless five speed gearbox. great platform for a new rider who may have suspect throttle control, but wants to learn the ins and outs of sport bike riding. It also performs its yeoman duty without putting the rider on some goofy looking bike. ***VIDEO OF MY BIKE -- https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=riU1T1zlRps The Quannon has a wheelbase of 53.3 inches, just under a quarter-inch longer than the Ninja 250R, and from the cockpit it feels closer to a full-sized bike. An average-sized rider will find the Quannon a nice fit, with ample space between the seat, clip-ons and footpegs. The riding position is more standard-bike upright than sport-bike crouched, and the relatively wide seat is quite comfy and ready for a full day's ride. Instrumentation is basic, though it does combine an analog tachometer with an easy-to-read digital display that shows speed, time, odometer, fuel gauge and resettable trip meter. With a claimed dry weight of 299 pounds the Quannon was easy to manage, especially when snaking through inner city congestion. It uses a 110/80 front and 140/70 rear tire, both in 17-inch diameter. Steering is light and neutral, while the bike's relatively long wheelbase enhanced stability at speed.
