1949 Harley Davidson Servicar. Older restoration and repaint. Runs and rides good. Still has most of its original parts, including tanks, fenders, box, Giude tailights etc. Missing the speedometer but the base, dash cover, ignition switch etc. are original parts. Headlight is an old aftermarket replacement. Motor number (VIN) is 49WLxxxx with clear, unaltered original stamp. 3 speed transmission with reverse. Perfect bike to letter up as an old Service Station or Police bike. Please ask any questions prior to bidding. Shipping arrangements and costs are up to the buyer, must be picked up in Springfield, Ma. Sold with a NY Transferable Registration and Bill of Sale. Inspection is welcome and encouraged. 1946 Harley-Davidson WL Flathead. This motorcycle was taken apart and stored in a basement since the 1960's. All parts are real Harley Davidson, no repro parts, some of the hardware I used to bolt it together is not original. The motor has a perfect unaltered original vin and matching belly numbers., the frame is perfect, never cut rewelded or repaired, springer front end is in excellent shape, it has the original CycleRay headlight and Delco Remy horn, original handlebars, original 16 inch wheels etc. I only have what is in the pictures. This would be a great bike to restore or finish as a rustoration. I have this listed for sale locally so auction may end early. I can be reached at 413 204-6179 for any questions or if you want to inspect the bike in person before bidding. Sold as is, on a bill of sale and old registration, I can obtain a title if necessary but it will take 2-3 weeks and cost $400. Shipping is up to the buyer. Please ask questions. Harley-Davidson 45 Flathead Rolling Basket case. This Harley Davidson was taken apart in the 1960's for a restoration that never happened. Please look at all 24 pictures, You are bidding on what you see in the pictures. Excellent uncut original frame, excellent original springer front end, original 16 inch wheels, original sheetmetal, original handlebars, original CycleRay headlight, original Delco Remy horn, etc. etc. The motor cases are 60G cases from a Servi-car with matching belly numbers and in perfect shape, they came with this motorcycle when I purchased it. The bike has some modern hardware. I mounted old original Beck tires with new inner tubes to make it roll, the rear wheel is missing the star bearing retainer etc. as shown in the pictures. This is a great start to a crustoration, restoration, or nice bobber. Please look at the pictures and ask any questions, I only have what is pictured.
