Selling my 2014 Suzuki DR 650. The DR was chosen for reliability, off and on road capability, and cost effectiveness (55 MPG). The bike has less that 4000 miles. Never down or dropped and stored indoors. Description of the Vehicle:Up for sale is a ONE OWNER 2006 KLR 650 dual sport with only 8100 original miles. This bike was used strictly for commuting and back road riding and has never spent time off road. We just installed a brand new chain and the previous owner just had brand new 80/20 dual sport tires installed as well as a level 1 service performed at Pete's Cycle in Baltimore less than 500 miles ago. We have all the original owners manual, extra key's and paperwork for services that have been completed since day 1 on this very clean adventure tourer. This is one of the most dependable rugged dual sports ever made and they kept the design unchanged for 20 years. This unit comes fully serviced and PA inspected for one year and has passed our rigorous in house 95 point inspection. We have the vehicle listed locally and reserve the right to end the auction early if someone purchases at the dealership before the auction is up. Comprehenisve Inspection Checklist: This is our in house 95 point motorcycle inspection checklist which we created to guarantee every bike we sell is as safe and troublefree for as many miles as possible for every customer. This is probably one of the most comprehensive and in depth pre-owned checklists in the industry and even exceeds most of the manufacturers pre-delivery and set up inspection checklists. To be assured your new ride has in fact been checked over we mark every fastener and component which we check the torque on with a very small dot of washable paint marker and will provide a copy of the completed checklist for your vehicle at purchase. 2013 Kawasaki Versys 650cc - Like New - 33 miles I purchased this bike new from the Kawasaki dealer in late 2014. Also purchased an extended warranty. I'm the original/only owner. I've only put 33 miles on it (as noted in the photos), and they were all in a nearby parking lot; no freeway miles or high-RPM miles. I've really enjoyed this motorcycle and hate to sell it, but due to the joys of the unforeseen in life, I'm not going to be able to keep riding it. Motorcycle has always been parked in a garage. There are a couple minor scratches which I have made sure to include in the photos. Additionally, the turn signal switch cover was knocked off by a tie-down strap during delivery (see photograph with red circle). The dealer said this is covered under the warranty, but I don't have my license and can't ride it down to the dealer to get the work done. I'm asking $4900 since this is essentially brand new. Warranty is transferable and included. I'm including a motorcycle dolly. Fantastic for maneuvering the motorcycle in your garage to keep it out of the way. Also included is a brand new, unused TecMate OptiMate 4 Dual Program Battery Charger. Total value for both is about $150. I purchased this KLR650 new from Powers Motor Sports in Michigan and have been the only rider owner since new. I have come to the age where this type of motorcycle has become too much for me. I get just too worn out riding any distance on it and sometimes have to physically pay for it for days. It has been a very reliable and good bike. I have maintained it myself except for tires which I have someone else mount and balance. It has not had the "doo" done. It is used and has front crash bars and pegs which show a bit of surface rust/corrosion. I mounted them after I broke the small piece of fairing shown in the photo. It usually has very little oil consumption except when loaded up heavy and traveling distances at highway speeds. It has been a very reliable bike for me and I stayed ahead of maintenance on the engine and wear parts, chain, sprockets, tires and a recently new battery. Please take the time to come and see it. It is offered as a used bike.

2008 Kawasaki Klr 650, For sale: green 2008 KLR 650 13,933 miles (mostly on road, some fire roads) Included photographs from the garage were taken today, the featured photo is from our most recent distance tour, a long weekend in Portland. I originally bought this bike used in 2011 with ~9000 miles on it. Trailered it here when I moved from Florida, the bike is now titled and registered in Idaho. It had all factory recalls (rings being the big one) done before I purchased it. Since I've owned it, the bike has not burned oil (that I can measure). It's one of the few 08 KLRs that seems to not have the famous oil burning problem. I've done all of the maintenance, aside from tire changes, and although she's a dirty, dirty girl, this bike is in good to great condition. No drops, maybe some scratches on the plastic, but if you're looking at this bike, show-room condition is not your thing. Front tire has 90% of it's life left, rear has about 60%. They are both Continental TKC 80s. MSRP from motorcycle blue book suggests this bike is worth $3.480. I've added many things to this bike that have made it handle considerably better than stock, especially off road and at high speeds. I've listed the farkles below along with their retail price. I absolutely love this bike, but it's not good for distance touring with a passenger. Due to the presence of a special lady friend in my life who loves to moto, I'm selling this bike to upgrade to a 1000cc V-Strom. This KLR is a blast to ride, doesn't do any one thing spectacularly, but does everything adequately. I've taken it all over the Pacific Northwest, up into Hell's Canyon, and beyond, I think there is no better tool for going anywhere you want for this price. I believe my asking price is fair, considering the additions and the labor I've put in to installing them. Cash or a cashier's check is the only payment I will accept.
