cr500r aluminum frame conversion just completed....starting with a Mint 2004 cr250r had original tires and grips still on it the paint on the clutch cover was 100% even the paint is still on the tops of the foot pegs we installed a low hour cr500r engine 1999 year model.. still on original bore.. we installed a new OEM standard size piston and rings, pin, and bearing and new reeds.. also added a pro-circuit pipe and silencer and all new factory plastic. along with new Pirelli tires and Boyesen side covers,, this bike looks showroom .. Any thing showing wear has been replaced.. I have done several of these and have been doing fabrication for 40+ years contact me 714 624 6078 Don....The gen 3 cr250r is the best aluminum frame conversion out there because it was built by Honda for a two stoke and putting the 500 in it does not change the balance.

2010 crf250 converted to a 1997 cr125r the 1997 is the fastest year .. this bike is 5 lighter then a 2007 cr125 and has more power.. engine has a new oem stock piston v -force reeds a 38mm carb and has been dynoed at 35hp has new Pirelli tires and retro graffics I am a professional fabricator and have been doing cr500 aluminum frame conversions for a while I did this one for my self but will sell it or build one just like it contact me to see it or questions Don 714 624 6078...............this will smoke a NEW YZ 125 ..........Honda guys here you go.
