Here is a 2009 KX250F chassis with a 2007 KX250 motor installed by MPS racing. I purchased the bike last year with plans to make it a single track trail bike. I bought a street legal CR500AF and would rather build that so this one is up for sale. The previous owner sent the frame and motor to MPS racing and they custom fit it. He rode track on it for a couple years before rebuilding the bottom and top end with OEM parts. He had just finished the rebuild when I purchased it, and I have only put maybe 8 hours on it total. The bike runs and rides great. I added the oversized IMS tank and a FMF q stealth spark arrester. I also have the stock tank and a shorty silencer that I will include in the deal. MPS charges over $2000 for the conversion and that doesn't include the motor or shipping. Runs and rides great. Well Built! It was the first production 250 motocrosser to feature an aluminum frame. Mostly stock with only the handlebars and front/rear fenders replaced. Shows a decent amount of use but is still a pretty straight bike. The pipe, lower frame rails, swing arm have some scratches and small dings. The radiator is pushed on both edges under the shrouds and there is some fin damage but no leaks. Also some fading on the plastics and one small tear in the seat. Bike is complete and runs/rides good. Would make a good candidate to fix up as a rider or a future collector therefore we decided to sell it as it sits without doing much work to it.
