2014 One of a kind drop seat hot rods by Big Tony's Chopp Shop Built by the mid-wests number one custom bike shop. We build the nations baddest custom motorcycles. We are a federally licensed manufacturer and issue titles with our bikes. These bikes pictured are examples of our latest in big wheel bikes from Mid level 18/21 chassis to our all out radical High End 20/23 chassis. Starting at 60k, these Bikes are 9 -11 foot long and start with a made for (b.t.c.s.) exclusive one off solid or rubber mount chassis. We start with a -1 in. down radius single or double down tube with tear drop fabrication, +6 in. out +4 in. back frame stretch, 46 degree rake, -4 in. drop seat,+2 -+4 in. stretch radius swingarm. A 0 -+2 in. stretch American suspension 63mm inverted or 45mm telescoping front end with 6 degree trees and integrated caliper with hidden brake line comes standard. 18'x10' rear & 21'x3' front comes standard, with 23'x4' front & 20'x10' rear (optional). Your choice of Renegade, Pickard or Colorado chrome billet wheels are standard, with metalsport 3-d (optional) all come with matching sprocket/brake rotor and 130mm front, 300mm rear avon cobra tires. Custom cycle control systems polished air ride suspension standard. Your choice of any one of our 1-off gas tanks. Custom 1-0ff metal fab work on tank, fenders, gussets, bars, seat pocket and motor mount standard. Chin spoilers (optional), Custom led turn signals frenched into the rear of swing arm (optional). Custom handmade handle bars with (b.t.c.s.) one off grips and spacers with an internal throttle standard. Chrome billet Hawg halter or climax hand controls standard, no hand controls (optional). frenched into handlebars 2'in wire plus digital speedo (optional). Chrome Billet Hawg halters or accutronix forward controls with matching Billet pegs standard. S.M.W. 120/127 inch 130/140 hp. show polished evo, shovel or pan head motor standard, R&R billet 131-155 engines (optional). 1-off 2-2 or 2-1 exhaust standard. Baker rsd trans with b.t.c.s. tranz brake standard. A Tech cycle 3 inch open belt drive with integrated oil filter made exclusive for b.t.c.s. standard. Angel Sandoval of Extreme Kustom Paint Works lays the mud and sprays the colors with his signature graphic/pin-striping covering every inch standard. A Jeff phipps custom hand laced exotic seat finishes it off. These bikes also have our special hidden wire and hyd. line option in the head tube and thru out the entire bike standard. Oil lines are all hand bent polished stainless or brass with matching compression fittings standard. Finishing it up with a headwinds headlite and tech cycle taillite/plate bracket standard. We take pride that our bikes use 100% made in america parts) no chinese or korean junk. Hundreds of hours have gone into this bike to make it a truly beautiful, flawless and ridable work of art. As an added bonus to our customers,we are a federally licensed motorcycle manufacturer so all our builds come with a manufacturers title. This means easy registration with your dmv and hassle free insurance coverage. Our bikes speak for themselves. I urge you to compare us to any other shop out there in quality, fit and finish. Then ask for a list of parts used and if they are all made in america. We take pride in providing a list of every part that goes into these machines and who makes them either by us or by our venders, we gaurantee evey part is manufactured in The U.S.A. and that means quality. We refuse to lower our standards by using korean/china parts. Cheaper does'nt always mean your getting a better deal. Like the green bike, big tony's entry level bike starts at 40k and is equipt with quality components like air ride, custom paint, 300 tire, custom sheet metal, hidden wiring and all the buttons and lights you would find on any street bike. From pro street to pro chopp, mild to wild, any rake, any stretch, 2.5 to 5 in. drop seats, air ride front and rear suspensions, any type of swing arm, any type of wheel and any size from 21-26 front and 17-21 rear 260-360 wide, any engine from 120-155 (under 113 = slow ass bike, criminal in some states). Our bikes are built to ride, go fast and look bad ass (not always in that order). So if you don't like drawing crowds where ever you go, opening huge cans of whoop ass on other choppers at stop lights (love to see those crying faces) and taking first place trophy's at shows.
