Founded on the principle of adding a big Chevrolet V8 into the frame of a motorcycle and or trike, Boss Hoss has become one of the most unique and distinguished motorcycle manufactures in the industry. The brake system is three wheeled hydraulic brakes and a computer controlled electric regeneration brake system. This recovers energy used to get to speed instead of just burning off as heat on the disc brake rotors. While this can achieve 60+ MPH, it is regulated to 50 MPH to be able to get the best range out of the battery pack. The range will vary with driver technique. Factory drivers have been able to easily get 75 miles out of a single charge, but using very energy conscious driving well over 100 miles have been stretched from a single charge.
