Up for sale is a 2010 Aprilia Mana 850 GT with 5025 miles on it. It has always lived in a garage, and has been well taken care of. New battery installed Spring 2016, comes with a battery tender and a track stand (for chain cleaning, etc.). This is a great either starter bike or commuter bike. It has an 839cc engine with a CVT (read: automatic transmission) so you can ride in full automatic mode (twist and go), or use the flappy paddle thumb/finger buttons on the left handle or the traditional foot lever for manual shifting. Three riding modes available that adjust the engine mapping on the fly: Rain, Touring or Sport. It's a got nice, smooth ride, and ABS for that extra sense of security when someone pulls in front of you unexpectedly. The gas tank is actually under the seat, giving a lower center of gravity and adding to the easy maneuverability of the bike, which also gives the "gas tank area" in front of the seat a storage spot large enough to hold a large size helmet. The "glove box" also has a lighter port you can plug chargers into to keep your phone, etc., charged on those longer rides. The windscreen is adjustable up or down. I love the bike, but I have a dog with some special needs that I need to be able to put some money towards, so the happy hobby bike has to go. Test rides are fine as long as you have cash in hand. Asking $6,000, reasonable offers will be considered.Any questions, just reach out. Thanks!

This is a somewhat rare Aprilia Mojito with a classic 50's style design. Aprilia manufacturers many high end racing motorcycles and it is located in Italy. Its the same company that manufacturers Piaggio & Vespa scooters. Just finished getting a tune up, installing new front & rear brakes, head & tail lights, tires, battery ($817) plus a new paint job.Front brake mastercylinder on order. It only has 5,400 miles and is in very good condition. It will easily cruise at 60-65 mph. Note: the third photo shows the complete tail light replacement with side turning signals. Clean Georgia title. The current NASA value for this scooter is $2,176 not considering the new paint, tires, disk brakes (front & rear), etc. This scooter's unique design is a real head twister and people will often ask you about it. 2017 KTM 150 SX, 2017 KTM 150 SX IN A CLASS OF ITS OWN With the agility of a 125 and enough muscle to take the fight to the 250cc 4-strokes, this bike punches well above its weight. Its snarling engine sets benchmarks in terms of power and torque, rocketing its state-of-the-art chassis miles ahead of the competition. The top step of the podium does have the unmistakable scent of 2-stroke premix exhaust. Features may include: FEATHERWEIGHT The main target for the KTM engineers when developing the SX models was a massive weight reduction compared to the previous generation. The result: the current SX models are the slimmest, lightest bikes on the track. AIRBOX The airbox design offers maximum protection of the air filter while ensuring maximum airflow. The large twin-air filter is mounted in a stiff cage, which at the same time holds the system in place. This design is so simple you could still pop a fresh one in with a face full of mud. Without tools. In seconds. FRAME The high-tech, lightweight chrome-moly steel frame is engineered for excellent handling, precise cornering and supreme stability. You can also count on high torsional rigidity and low longitudinal stiffness for better absorption of the energy created by the front and rear suspension sucking up jumps and bumps. In short: more comfort and less rider fatigue. Laterally attached, lightweight engine head stays contribute to a reduced vibration level. The engineers were able to pull off all that, while making the frame two pounds lighter than that of the lightest competitor on the market. In addition, the frame is easier to maintain, easier to work on and supplies more space for the tank and other components. The bike also features an extra-light aluminum subframe, which weighs in at less than 2 pounds. FOOTPEGS Sophisticated ´No Dirt´ footpegs prevent clogging of the footpeg pivot, even when digging in deep ruts. Looking for a higher riding position? Then just mount the footpegs of the MY2017 EXC models, which are 6mm higher than the SX versions. SWINGARM The cast aluminum design offers low weight and a perfect flex behavior. The single-component casting process eliminates any inconsistencies and inherent weak points created by welding. It s better looking as well. FUEL TANK A lightweight polyethylene tank has a capacity of 1.85 gallons. The filler cap has an inside thread, which makes for easy and reliable closure. HANDLEBAR KTM engineers sure know how to handle handlebars. This tapered one, made of high-strength aluminum by NEKEN, is fixed in damped rubber mounts and has two different positions. From 2017 onwards, the lower handlebar clamps are separated, while on the upper side a new bridge-type clamp guarantees more torsional stiffness. It s also easier to replace the bar in case it gets twisted in a nasty crash. ODI lock-on grips make gri

The Aprilia Futura is fantastic as both a daily commuter and a long distance sport tour ride. I've used it for both. As a commuter, it's got the low RPM pull V-Twins excel at. Slow speed maneuvers are easy. For touring, matching saddlebags and windshield are standard. The ride angle is forward, but moderate. GenMar risers lift the handlebars and lets you up a bit more. I'm 5' 10" and have ridden the bike up to 2000 miles at a time on tours and felt good. The stock seat is the best I've ever sat on, and the tush proffers minimum complaints after a full day in the saddle. I've had it for 5 years and am only letting it go since I've decided to try Adventure Touring for a change. A summary of the bike:*Title: Clear and no lien holder*Country of Origin: Italy *Year: 2001*Mileage: 56,380. (see below for details)*Engine: Rotax designed and built V-60 990cc V-Twin. Same engine as Aprilia's Mille Race bike, but factory configured and tuned for touring. *Engine work done: The only major work was the Timing Chains' Replacement at 45,000 miles. This engine is amazing and solid. Check with an Aprilia dealer: besides this work, there are few or no major items to be concerned with. The Valves were checked at that point. The Valve check interval is 16000 miles, but I've rarely heard of anybody actually needing theirs adjusted. Rock solid. *Electric Grips with two heat settings.*Powerlet BMW style Accessory outlet.*Steering head bearing was replaced less than one year ago.*New Starter Solenoid was installed a couple hundred miles ago.*The ignition Power and Ground Wires and connections were replaced for reliability recently (by the dealer)*Color: Silver with blue-green highlights*Chain and Sprockets: 5000 miles and in very good condition.*Tires: Front has low mileage and good tread. It is a Michelin Pilot Power 2-TC dual compound. Rear is almost new and tread is excellent. It is a Michelin Power Road-3.*K&N Air Filter*Recent Dealer installed Rectifier (with all the recommended Wire mods for good voltage and reliability)*Stock under seat Pipe. Sounds nice, is also relatively quiet. Aftermarket pipes are available for those who want to be loud. *Gas Tank: Last Winter I installed a new and unused gas tank. I coated it internally first with Gas Tank Epoxy to prevent Ethanol interaction with the tank.*Plastic has some wear and scratches. Saddle Bags have some. The new tank has a couple of nicks. That's why it was available at the dealer.*Factory ECM with 2005 (the latest) Mapping, no PowerCommander or TuneBoy mods*Oil: I have ONLY run Amsoil Synthetic motorcycle oil. *Speed: One time I rolled back on the throttle when the needle passed 140 mph. It was still accelerating towards 150. *Mileage Details and disclosure: Some Futura's had their dash fail. Mine did. The solution was to replace the dash. This occurred at 20,000 miles. At that point the displayed mileage began again at 0.0 miles. In sum, although the odometer now reads 36,380, the true mileage is 56,380. I suppose I could have kept this secret. I know though, and I'll risk the sale to be honest about it. Cycle World Review: APRILIA RST 1000 FUTURA – BEST USED BIKESBest Sport-Touring Bike, 2001.August 13, 2010 By Cycle World are on facebookShare on twitterShare on emailShare on printShare on gmailShare on stumbleuponShare on favoritesMore Shari MSRP new: $12,999Basic specs: A 998cc, 60-degree V-Twin pumping out 94 horsepower and 60 ft.-lb. of torque that pushed the fuel-injected, fully faired, 518-pound machine to a 11.48-second/118.08-mph quarter-mile and a top speed of 145 mph.Why it won: The angularly styled Futura (which, in its matte black version, does a fair imitation of an F-117 stealth fighter) places its major emphasis on the “sport” half of its sport-touring mission. Its engine, based on that of the RSV Mille repli-racer, was retuned for more midrange, but its aluminum chassis is all its own. Its standout features include a single-sided swingarm, an under-tail exhaust, quick-detach hard saddlebags and the most comfortable seat ever bolted onto any motorcycle that had the word “sport” in its description. On the open highway, the Futura is a pleasant ride, even though its semi-sporty riding position is not quite as long-day comfy as that of some other bikes in the category. But on a twisty backroad, it carves up the curves just about as effectively as its racier sibling. From the 2001 Ten Best story: “The Mille-based V-Twin makes competitive power, and its twin-spar aluminum chassis elevates class standards for handling. And the styling…well, love it or leave it, the Italian designers deserve credit for daring to be different.”Useful resources: Not many Futuras were sold over the bike’s five-year run in the U.S., so they’re hard to find; but when one is for sale, it usually is quite reasonably priced. If you manage to locate one, you probably can scoop it up for less than half of its original price and end up with an exceptionally capable motorcycle. Due to its rarity, there isn’t a world of information available about them on the Internet; but you will find a few offered for sale, along with some dedicated forums, a number of reviews and a variety of other related tidbits.

For the 2017 model year, the Aprilia Dorsoduro 750 gets an upgrade to 900cc, making it the 2017 Aprilia Dorsoduro 900. Aprilia says that the new 896cc 90° v-twin engine is a stroked out version of the 750cc motor (from 56.4mm to 67.4mm), which allows Aprilia to meet Euro4 emission standards while also giving the Dorsoduro 750 a much-needed upgrade. Despite the 150cc increase in displacement, the 2017 Aprilia Dorsoduro 900 makes only an additional 3hp, with peak power now set at 95hp at 8,750 rpm. While that change in horsepower is underwhelming, there is somewhat better news to be found in the torque curve, which sees a 6 lbs•ft torque increase, for 66 lbs•ft at 6,600 rpm. Aprilia says that the torque curve for the Dorsoduro 900 is flatter than that of Dorsoduro 750, and at all rpm points higher. That is at least modestly reassuring. The throttle is handled by a new ride-by-wire system, which Aprilia says gives a smoother throttle response – addressing a common gripe made by Aprilia Dorsoduro 750 riders (and motorcycle journalists). For bonus points, the new ride-by-wire system is over a pound lighter than the previous system. A three-level traction control system has also been added to the 2017 Aprilia Dorsoduro 900, which can also be shut off. A dual-channel ABS system from Continental has also been fitted, which too can be disabled. Other changes include a new set of Kayaba front forks, which has preload and rebound adjustment. Only preload adjustment can be made to the rear shock suspension. The wheels on the Aprilia Dorsoduro 900 are nearly 5 lbs lighter than its predecessor, thanks to a new split-three-spoke design.

For sale is my 2007 Aprilia Scarabeo 500 IE Scooter. If you have never driven or owned one, you are in for a treat. This scooter is extremely quick, and rides / handles with the best of them.I am the second owner, as I purchased it from my father-in-law earlier in 2016.The scooter has 1,560 miles. You will not find another 2007 with as low of mileage anywhere. The condition is between mint and excellent. The reason for the variance is due to the fact that my wife accidentally dropped the scooter due to the weight. As a result, there is a tiny (2") horizontal scratch on the driver's side rear panel and a small (3") vertical scratch on the driver's side of the steering column. Aside from that, the scooter is immaculate. An oil change was conducted 200 miles ago, as well as a new stepper motor having been installed. Both of these were done at Ducati Santa Barbara.Included in the sale are two black Bell full-face shield helmets with helmet. These are both in like-new condition. Also, included is a woman's medium riders jacket. This is one beautiful, well-maintained, immaculate, low-milage Scarabeo that will add very nicely to anyone's collection.Asking $4,350 plus $500 freight. Local pickup also available.Specification of this scooter are as follows:ENGINE: Engine Type - Single-CylinderCylinders - 1Engine - Stroke4-StrokeHorsepower (bhp/kW) - 39 / 29Horsepower RPM - 7500Torque (Ft Lbs/Nm) - 31.7 / 43Torque RPM - 5500Cooling - LiquidValves - 4Valves Per Cylinder - 4Valve Configuration - SOHCBore (mm/in) - 92 / 3.62Stroke (mm/in) - 69 / 2.72Displacement (cc/ci) - 460 / 28.1Compression Ratio - 10.5:1Starter - ElectricFuel Requirements - RegularFuel Type - GasFuel Injector - YesCarburetor - NoCarburetion Type - Fuel InjectedTRANSMISSION: Transmission Type - Continuously Variable (CVT)Primary Drive - (Rear Wheel)GearPrimary Drive - (Engine / Transmission)BeltReverse - NoWHEELS & TIRES: Wheels - CompositionAluminumTube / Tubeless - TubelessFront Wheel Width - (in)3Rear Wheel Width - (in)4.5Chromed - NoFront Tire Width - 110Front Tire Aspect Ratio - 70Front Wheel Diameter - 16Rear Tire Width - 150Rear Tire Aspect Ratio - 70Rear Wheel Diameter - 14Front Tire (Full Spec) - 110/70 R16Rear Tire (Full Spec) - 150/70 R14BRAKES: Front Brake Type - Dual DiscFront Brake Diameter - (in/mm)10.2 / 260Rear Brake Type - DiscRear Brake Diameter - (in/mm)9.4 / 240Linked Brake System - Front to RearStandardSUSPENSION: Front Suspension Type - Telescopic ForkFront Suspension Size - (in/mm)1.6 / 40Front Travel - (in/mm)4.1 / 103Front Adjustable Fork Pre-Load - NoFront Adjustable Rebound Damping - NoFront Central Suspension Strut - NoSteering Damper - YesRear Suspension Type - Twin Sided Swing ArmRear Travel - (in/mm)3.9 / 100
