The general Scarabeo concept was conceived as way to take the practicalities of a scooter and blend them with the larger wheels of a motorbike-thus making a scooter tha handles better on rough roads and higher speeds. This idea of a large wheeled scooter has proven especially popular in Europe. Aprilla's Scarabeo models enjoy a great deal of fan fare. These scooters have been sold starting in 1999 in the USA and 2003 in Canada. I am selling this wonderful Scooter for $1000.00, However you will have to jump start the battery and fix the kick start.
