The 250 Quadracer was the smaller engine model that was offered from 1985 to 1992. It was the world's first two-stroke four-wheeler. This is a 1986 Suzuki 250 and has very LOW HOURS and includes PADDLE TIRES! The 246cc engine is liquid-cooled, single cylinder two-stroke powerhouse, matched with a five-speed manual transmission for gear shifting. Solid ATV, good bones. Need a little TLC. See pics, and also see video. Ask any questions at all. This is a 4-stroke (no mixing gas and oil), has a clutch and 5 speed, plus it has reverse. This is the LT250S model, only made two years (1989 and 1990). I have bulleted the highlights below. -Runs ok, but smokes a bit (white). -Takes a few kicks to start, some sometimes we push start it and that is easier. -Carb needs to be cleaned - sometimes it revs high. Carb clean may also be why it takes a few kicks to start. -I was going to restore it and fix it up nice, but just don't have the time. Done tinkering with it and now it for someone else to enjoy :) -Also comes with headlight (used, not yet installed), and extra rear shock (used, not installed). -Tires good, seat nice. -Plastics just OK.
