Up for sale is a 1973 ironhead with a clean and clear Arizona title in my name. Can get a pennsylvania title if its a deal breaker. The good: Runs strong, recently timed it and adjusted the pushrods. Has an S&S super e on it New fork seals New drum shoes Has AMF original paint superglide tank. Electric start. The not so good: Missing front brake, caliper and master cylinder Clutch needs new plates, won't actuate quite right. Dead battery Tank is just kind of thrown on there Kicker is non-op Leaks oil, like all ironheads. Also have a headlight, new tail light lens and fender strut for it. Overall, just needs a few things to get it 100%. It's a good start for a chop. This is NOT a major project bike. Was my daily driver for 2 months, would not take much to get it 100% cruisable.

2014, 240 miles. Suzuki GSX-R1000, 2014 Suzuki is a street legal bike for serious dirt bike enthusiasts. It's not uncommon to take the SuperMoto up a twisty Santa fe mountain as well as a tight canyon corners. Its 398cc liquid-cooled, four-stroke engine provides strong low-rpm torque and crisp throttle response for any of these occasions. They key difference from the DR-Z400SM and the DR-Z400S is the inverted forks. Inverted front forks contribute to less unsprung weight and improved overall handling. Features May Include: Suzuki's Supermotard model based on DR-Z400S - combines Supermotard style and features in a narrow, lightweight street-legal package. Automatic decompression system for quick/easy engine starts. Compact 4-valve cylinder head with 36mm intake valves, 29mm exhaust valves, narrow 28-degree included valve angle and shim-under-bucket valve adjustment system. Electric start with lightweight starter motor and a compact 6.5 amp maintenance-free battery. Forged aluminum piston is 10 percent lighter than a cast piston and receives additional oil-cooling to the piston crown through a crankcase oil jet. Lightweight 398cc, DOHC, liquid-cooled, dry-sump engine produces strong, tractable low-rpm power. SCEM-plated cylinder (nickel-silicon-phosphorous) is lighter and more durable than an iron liner with excellent heat transfer properties. Smooth throttle response with a Mikuni BSR36 CV-type carburetor fed by 6-liter airbox. The left side cover has quick-release fasteners for easy access to the air filter. Thermostatically controlled cooling fan mounted to the left radiator helps maintain consistent operating temperature in traffic. Additional weight savings with magnesium valve cover, clutch cover, and magneto cover. Compact 5-speed transmission utilizes a cable-operated clutch with separate outer cover for simplified clutch maintenance. A fully adjustable rear shock absorber with high/low speed compression damping adjuster and aluminum swingarm for precise rear wheel control. A bolt-on aluminum subframe helps reduce weight and simplify maintenance. RK Excel aluminum rims and radial tires: 120/70-R17 front, 140/70- R17 rear. Chrome-moly steel frame tuned for Supermoto style riding is torsionally strong with minimal weight. The backbone tube, front down tube, and steering head gussets form the dry-sump engine oil tank. Long travel, Showa-brand inverted front fork derived from RM250 - features adjustable compression/rebound damping and alumite coating on inner tube surfaces for smooth action. The GSX-R line delivers outstanding braking capabilities with its Brembo calipers and heat-resistant stainless steel brake discs. The bike maneuvers like a dream with a solid chassis design and responsive suspension. Features May Include: A 999cc four-cylinder powerplant, with Bore x Stroke of 74.5mm x 57.3mm brings enhanced throttle response across the entire rpm range and high potential for racetrack performance. Lightweight, durable forged pistons are designed with the Finite Element Method (FEM) and fatigue analysis technology and optimized camshaft profiles was developed using proven MotoGP racing technology. Optimally shaped combustion chambers and a compression ratio of 12.9:1 promote low-range and mid-range performance and help realize a broad torque curve. 12-hole fuel injectors produce a fine fuel mist for more complete combustion, reducing fuel consumption and exhaust emissions. The compact engine allows a longer swingarm and shorter overall wheelbase for improved racetrack performance. Lightweight, fully adjustable 43mm Showa Big Piston Front forks (BPF) with an endurance-race-proven design deliver superb feedback and responsive, stable operation, and are lightweight. Rear shock absorber features adjustable rebound damping, spring preload, and both high-speed and low-speed compression damping allowing adjustability for a wide range of conditions. Instruments include a silver-ringed analog tachometer with LCD speedometer. LCD readouts include odometer, dual trip meters, reserve trip meter, clock, coolant temperature/oil pressure warning indicator, gear position indicator, lap timer/stopwatch, S-DMS setting indicator and bar-graph indicating the instrument lighting level, or brightness. The footpegs can be adjusted to any of three positions in a 14mm horizontal and vertical range. The rear brake pedal and master cylinder move with the right footpeg assembly, and the shift-lever linkage can be adjusted to accommodate changes in the position of the left footpeg.
