2007 Flyrite Choppers Bobber Factory Complete (Hand built by Flyrite) Here it is in all of its glory, a 2007 Flyrite Bobber complete, professionally hand-built by the Flyrite Choppers team in good ol' San Francisco, CA. These bikes are an extremely rare breed and cannot be purchased complete anymore. This bike is truly one of the last of its kind. There have been no expenses spared on this machine and the parts speak for themselves. Everything from the tires to the BDL 3" belt drive primary to the whopping 1600cc's the 96" S&S motor puts out is top of the line and in excellent condition. T his is a home built, first build of a 2007 Custom Pro-Street completed in 2009. The Carolina Custom frame is stretched 8” over on the backbone and -4” on the down tube with a diameter of 1 3/8” steel tubing. The triple trees and front forks are at 50 degrees. The drive train is powered by an S&S 124” Super Sidewinder motor with round barrels and a Super G carburetor. A BDL 900 series 3 3/8” outside drive primary is supported by an external bearing support. The primary also houses the hidden hydraulic reservoir which allows the clutch to transfer from cable to hydraulic to accommodate the Baker 6-speed RSD transmission with a RSD door and hydraulic actuator. It rolls on Metzeler 21” front and 18” 300 series rear tires. Rims, brakes, and sprocket are Tight Custom Pro Series Assault. The front brake was designed to run through a brake proportioning valve to allow the removal of the handlebar brake lever. The front brake line is steel tubing with a floating stabilizer mount instead of hose for a cleaner look. The license plate mount is a new radial mount that hugs nicely around the primary drive. The low profile custom made handlebars conceal a twist clutch and throttle mechanism where each cable passes through the bars. Foot controls were made to match the hand controls and are scissor mechanism with the shifter rod relocated with a custom fabricated link under the primary belt instead of above. The brake lines pass through most of the frame. The electrical system is equipped with an electrical harness module that passes through the frame and is equipped with trouble lights to pinpoint problems. The Compu-fire voltage regulator, Crane HI-4 Ignition module and a H-D single fire coil and battery complete the system. The Vector exhaust system is stainless steel 1 ¾” to 2 ½” and loud. The seat is custom made by Corbin. The custom Icon Air Scoop is a 4-piece fabrication. The old school teardrop coil cover was fabricated using stainless steel .10 x .025 screen to house the accessory panel and coil. It was designed to give a floating look. 1983 FXSB. Clear title in my name, current registration and matching numbers.   Just over 1500 miles on fresh top end. Fresh means new S&S jugs, Weisco 8.5:1 pistons, and S&S heads. Rocker arm spacers were counterbored for end play, not shimmed. Everything assembled with Cometic MLS gaskets. Vulcan hydraulic lifters and rebuilt oil pump. Brand new LePera seats. Pughco drags with KW baffles. All new Russell stainless floating brake discs. Rebuilt calipers and new pads. Rod shake and up/down movement was absolutely perfect when checked 1,500 miles ago. Has S&S E carb, Andrews J cam. Brand new head to tail wiring harness. All factory connectors and colors. New Pirelli tires. All new bearings - neck, wheels, swing arm, outer primary, inner primary. 4 speed rotary close ratio 3rd, 2.44:1 1st gear - rebuilt with ALL Andrews gears and shafts. BDL Competitor clutch. This bike came from the factory with primary and final belt drive. The original primary drive was upgraded to the BDL pulleys. Final drive was upgraded to the BDL transmission pulley, but maintains the stock ratio. Bike needs nothing. Paint is poor on tanks as you can see in pictures. Hipsters pay big bucks to get new paint jobs to look like this. Bike vibrates less than most Evos. Rides straight and smooth.

This is a Sucker Punch Sally’s Working man’s kit bike that I put together a while back, it has an Harley 80” EVO motor, with an S & S shorty Carb with a Goodson air cleaner and a pull type choke, a 4 speed tranny, wide glide front end with a 21’ front wheel. The bike is as basic as you can get, and that’s what I wanted, rigid frame, springs underneath the seat and forward foot sets. No signal lights, no buttons to press, only a high beam switch, drag bars, all the wires run in the frame, it has an automotive type ignition switch, you just turn the key an go, all legal in New Jersey.  It has an internal throttle cable as well. It has a BDL open primary drive, Willwood 4 piston caliper in the front and a standard Harley caliper in the back. It has a Paugho gas tank. Strait pipes so they can hear you coming. It’s a great bike, sad to get rid of it, it was more about building it, I rode it for a couple of years, and that’s it, only roughly 2000 miles on it, it has a speedo  that’ll tell you exactly how many miles. The kit was 13k when I bought it, I threw in another couple of thousand for a few little bits and pieces, I’m looking for 12k for it, OBO.

I do have an extra primary belt and the blinker module for the signals in hand.The oil tank is built into the rear wheel fender and the battery and ignition switch are located under the seat. This bike has a lot of torque and picks up and goes. Turns are tricky. Asking $11,000 or best reasonable offer.

Custom built chopper by Independent Gas Tank Co. in 2006.  Titled as 2006 Special Construction Motorcycle on a clear TN title.  I currently carry full insurance through GEICO for around $600 per year, which isn't bad at all for a custom chopper.  I am a 29 yr old married male, for cost reference.
